EXCERPTS FROM THURSDAY SCHOOL OF THE SPIRIT 14TH AUGUST, 2025 Referenced Scriptures: Genesis 47:7-10, Psalms 90:12, Matthew 4:6, Mark 12:23, John 6:63, 16:13-14, 1 Corinthians 2:11, Romans 8:28, 2 Timothy 4:7, Hebrew 11:10, 1 John 2:20-25, 3:24, 4:1-4, 5:1,4-5,10-15,20 • How the Spirit reveals Christ to us is by declaring Christ and one of the primary ways He does that is through His New Testament ministers. • How do you know a minister is speaking by the Spirit is not just because he gives an accurate word of knowledge, it is because he is declaring Christ and showing Christ from scriptures and manifestations. • When we read the scriptures out of the context of the writers who wrote the books, we dishonour the vessel the Holy Spirit used to declare truth to us. • God does not use people and dump them; it is only satan that does that. God uses people and honours them. If you will not honour the saints who wrote the scriptures by the Spirit, by reading their text and tracing it from the original context of what they wrote, you are not honouring them. • If the Written Word and the Living Word do not testify of what you call the Rhema Word, that Rhema is not from God. • Faith in the context of Hebrews 11:1 refers to how those who lived in old times lived their lives in such a way that they testified to the hope they had of the salvation of Christ, which was to come, and by living like that, they became elders who obtained a good report. • It is an accurate understanding of scriptures, which is based on context, that leads to accurate kingdom experiences; when a person has a solid understanding of the scriptures, that person will have solid spiritual experiences. You will have basic spiritual discernment. • Revelation knowledge proceeds from the foundation of accurate studying and reading the scriptures from their original context. • As you live and walk in the Spirit your inaccurate perspective and interpretation of scriptures will be corrected because the superstructure that makes up the Spirit realm of God is the person called the Word of God. • The structure that defines the Spirit realm of God is the reality of the Word of God, not according to any man's interpretation or perspective, but according to God's. • However, religious perspectives and the application of the scriptures will expose you to the wrong spirit. Every spirit has its own revelation or every spirit has its own knowledge. • A yielded heart, an open heart, a true heart to the dealings of the Spirit through the Word of God is imperative for living and walking accurately in the Spirit. • How you position yourself to encounter the Kingdom is through kingdom revelation. If your revelation knowledge is accurate, then your practices will be accurate, and then your experiences will be accurate. • Structures in the Spirit realms of God are made up of clusters of revelation, which, when put together, are Jesus Christ. • Every time you pay attention to truth or receive truth, in reality, you are actually opening yourself up or you are stepping into realms and dimensions in Christ. • How you open a portal in the Spirit is by bombarding your heart with revelation truths in Christ. • Walking in the Spirit basically is acting on God's Word. • If Satan wants to effectively deceive a people, he gives them a perspective of the scriptures that sounds okay, but neglects the context and leads to a misconstrued knowledge of God's Character.
