Discussion on the tragic death of students in ORN-Delhi due to negligence of authorities in Lok Sabha
1 980
Kuch hoga ya sab 2 din baad normal ? Or just 2 days headline and normal order ??
(Bura lagta hai na ? But please listen to me if it makes sense to you , if you are in ORN )
Dear friends . We all have seen such road blocks and protests. What I have observed is - people misuse these opportunities. Be it politicians or sympathy gainers or any leader of such protest.
The best way would be :
To put concrete demands and get written aggreement. On following.
1) Severe punishment to coaching whose authorities cut the supply and biometric door got locked and people trapped there. It's complete negligence. Why no staff died , why only student ?
2) All the libraries should face a strict safety audit assessment. And a complete ban on underground/basement libraries.
3) A rent regulation bill or some code of rent regulation to control irrational rent and brokerage.
4) An insurance cover in every coaching and in such libraries against any mishap.
5- Even A Student Union could be formed to put the demands forward (if possible with ABVP etc leads ).
6- Proper building code enforcement in such congested areas like ORN , Mukherjee nagar , Laxmi nagar or of any city.
(I wish you forgive me if I typed anything wrong 🙏)

As the libraries in ORN being sealed by MCD, those who have left their notes and books please do take them out before it's too late.
Even if your reading room is not in basement, most of these don't have a fire safety NOC and might be sealed soon. Once sealed, you won't be able to take your belongings out.
Do share with your friends in ORN, NRN, Patel Nagar, Shadipur, Mukharjee Nagar etc.

धीरे धीरे ये सारे दाग धुल जाएंगे

"Pencil ki hazaro galtiya maaf hain, lekin pen par zimmedariyan bohot hain." (A thousand mistakes made with a pencil are forgiven, but with a pen, there are many responsibilities)
🖋️✏️ In Hinduism, the four ashramas (stages of life) are well-known: Brahmacharya (student stage), Gṛhastha (householder stage), Vanaprastha (forest dweller stage), and Sannyasa (homeless renouncer stage). Most of us have experienced or will experience the first two stages.
Reflecting on these stages, I realized that the student stage can be likened to being a pencil. ✏️ In this phase, we are free to make mistakes, often forgiven with the phrase, “Jaane bhi do, baccha hai” (Let it go, they’re just a child). Mistakes are part of the learning process.
In contrast, the householder stage is like being a pen. 🖋️ Here, we take on the role of a provider, responsible for ourselves and those around us. Mistakes carry more weight and have significant consequences. The world becomes less forgiving, and people are less kind.
It becomes a competitive space where every error is scrutinized. In this stage, every mistake is punished, and we no longer have the freedom to make errors like we did as a pencil.
Moral: The mistakes of youth may be forgiven, but as we take on greater responsibilities, each error can have significant consequences.
This understanding is encapsulated in the saying, “Pencil ki hazaro galtiya maaf hain, lekin pen par zimmedariyan bohot hain”.
