برای زندگی ایدهآل احتیاج دارم به چند نفر تقسیم بشم ؛
تا همزمان سرکار بره ، درس بخونه ، برای آینده نگران باشه و پلن داشته باشه ، روابط اجتماعیش رو حفظ کنه ، غذا بخوره ، بخوابه ، تفریح کنه ، فیلم ببینه ، ورزش کنه ، تمرکز کنه، رابطهش رو حفظ کنه ، به سلامت جسم و روحش اهمیت بده ، ناراحت نشه و اطرافیانش رو ناراحت نکنه.
