Well my Judge for the Subpoena hearing has been appointed, Chief Judge Kidd will hear my application. This is the same Judge who convicted Blair Cottrell on his appeal.

Uncomfortable facts about channel 9. 1. Channel 9 paid an undercover to commit racism around Victoria. The undercover actually made the herald sun news with his racist stickers on his trailer. 2. The undercover was seen in their own heavily edited footage talking about hating black people, to which an NSN member pulled him up and said he doesn’t hate blacks and just wants them to leave Australia. 3. Channel 9 gave thousands of dollars to the Nationalist Socialist Network. 4. Channel 9 purposely sent an African security guard out to confront what they claim are dangerous racists which resulted in their black employee getting into an altercation. 5. Other than a few unknown identities revealed most of the content was publicly available and has just promoted the NSN to a wider audience. 6. Most of the intelligence channel 9 got was from unpaid “Antifa investigators”. At least channel 9 share holders will be happy, and NSN are now a household name. I doubt the left are happy with this.

Court Update: Victoria Police refused to show up to the case today! LMAO! They claimed unless they are forced to by law they won’t appear before the judge, so judge is forcing them to by law now but way of subpoenas. (The original subpoenas were in draft form as judge wanted to save court time and was expecting them to show but it seems the cops don’t give a damn) They will have to appear in May at next hearing to answer to subpoenas. Judge read out new high court decisions regarding police disclosure which has changed due to Lawyer X and the Mokbel case. Judge claimed there needs to be a more liberal position regarding disclosure. Judge seemed supportive of my subpoenas and nodded his head when I said certain materials need to be disclosed under common law disclosure obligations. What are the Victoria Police hiding? Why are they so resistant to open disclosure? Today was a small win.

I am preparing for an important court appearance today concerning subpoena applications for Homosexual Victoria Police documents. The Victoria Police have claimed for three years there was no secret investigation prior to the investigation I was imprisoned for. Victoria Police in my case are fighting to keep a previous secret draft investigation hidden from the court. Prior to the “gay case” investigation beginning there was a draft investigation, this was weeks before a complaint being made and weeks prior to any alleged crime. This secret investigation was titled in emails not yet released as “Far-Right extremist attacks MCC” the investigation was initiated by Station Commander of Boroondara Police station. The lead investigator who was a witness in my case failed to mention in his statement that he was the lead investigator, collected three witness statements, collected video evidence and attended with the witnesses, political ministers and Victoria police wearing gay modified police uniforms one week after the incident. This first covert investigation which Victoria Police are trying to conceal consisted of multiple LGTI Police, Superintendents, Inspectors, Counter Terrorism Police, Assistant Commissioner’s and at the time Chief Commissioner Graham Ashton.
