Today I did some thinking and I’ve decided that at a working class level, Australia’s existing trade unionists are a leech on the body of workers that needs to be removed. Rejecting the fake unions and uniting the workers into a real union could be the first step towards a national awakening in this country. The current unions have disappointed me more than any of our other sell-outs. Politicians? You can understand why they lie, it’s what they do for a job. Journalists and news reporters? They work for global propagandists. If you believe them then you deserve what you get. But unionists should’ve been different. The mRNA mandates and lockdowns (which have statistically served no purpose other than to seriously injure, kill or send people broke) were the most serious infringement on worker’s rights in our country’s history and the greatest chance for the unions to stand up for and prove themselves to their members. They failed the test and rolled over to government pressure. Australia (Melbourne especially) needs a new union. Real rights for real workers, led by workers and funded by workers. No outside influence or lobbying. Abandon the dogs at CFMEU, stop paying them. Scold them. Ignore them. These bastards would support more jab mandates, then step over your dead body on their way to the office to pick up their latest pay rise. Without a second thought these posers betrayed their members and sold them out to the state and its big pharma sponsors. Now they think they can just return to their typical “vote for labor to protect your rights” slogans. They expect workers to just forget about the knives they drove into their backs 6 months ago. If the last year has shown me anything it’s that those coward trade unionists will never represent Australian workers. The unions need to be replaced and this needs to happen in spite of all the resulting threats, slander and cry-baby antics that are bound to come about as a result.

The court has been persistently asking me if I will invoke the Victorian Charter of Human Rights, which I have refused to do. Yesterday I was asked again multiple times and again refused, the prosecution was then asked to invoke it which they refused to as well multiple times. After a little more back and fourth the prosecution agreed to invoke the Charter. The Charter of Human Rights is not a friend of Nationalism. They will attempt to supersede the constitution based on the Charter. Like many other acts within the commonwealth the name of the act usually means the opposite. The Charter claims to defend the singular individual from the powerful, but it is consistently used to punish the singular individual on behalf of the powerful. According to the Charter, if you hold a political or religious belief that offends others your human rights are defaulted. So this leaves only popular government beliefs as a right. To be frank the charter is retarded and is only used as a weapon to take away unpopular speech and opinions. We will see how this plays out but I’m not optimistic.

First day of subpoena hearing: It has been revealed LGBTI Police officer in my case has been suspended. Prosecution are arguing not to reveal who collected video evidence due to public interest. Public interest = Counter Terrorism Judge Kidd is refusing to begin trial until Police provide discovery evidence. Next hearing soon.

I was meant to have court this morning, but instead of appearing face to face with a judge, they have dehumanised everything so now you present on a screen. Even better I didn't have to present on the screen today because my case was being heard without me being present, as 'evidence' had to be heard in a 'closed court. Probably because part of the 'evidence' against is me is from the jew-Mossad-Asio-Private Contractor operation in conjunction with 60minutes-Channel9-The Age employees who facilitated a Criminal Disruption and failed entrapment plot. By 'Criminal Disruption', I do not mean that I am a Criminal, I am telling you that these people are criminals and they committed crimes trying to disrupt and entrap our organisation. These Criminal and Subversive parties work hand in hand with the corrupt Andrew's State Government who applied for the "Public Interest Immunity" (the same law they use to protect high ranking Politicians, Judges and Senior Police from being exposed as pedophiles), foreign intelligence services and their "Corporate Partners". Anyway, I decided to weed the plants and get a cheeky workout in while the "Justice System" hid information from the Public - "In the Public's interest". To those asking about raising money for the on going legal battle, which has gone over $30,000 now (paid) and will likely get close to $100,000 (raised $11k so far) before the trial has been completed, I took down the fundraiser when war broke out in Ukraine as I felt it was insensitive. Hello fellow extremists, I am taking the Federal Attorney General Michaelia Cash as well as the Victorian Attorney General Jaclyn Symes to court over my case. If successful the case will be held in the High Court of Australia. I have been busy consulting many courts and government agencies in the past few months and majority of them use pronouns such as he/him, she/her in their correspondents along with rainbow flags. The alleged church at the centre of this case has completely closed shop. Facebook, website, charity, celebrant listings and incorporation have all been deleted. It’s lucky I have been diligent and collected the information prior to it disappearing. Victoria Police still resisting subpoenas but due date is tomorrow to give up the goods, subpoena hearing has been vacated until Chief Judge Kidd can review the documents. If everything goes to plan the whole case will be put on hold until the High Court has made a decision on my based arguments.
