County Court Appeal Hearing (Trial) set for two days 13th - 14th July. I was approached by a Law firm who are interested in representing me, legal aid will be funding it. Subpoena determination hearing adjourned and set down for early next month. The prosecution has invoked the Charter of human rights to seemingly be used against me. Ironic that an act created to defend the individual from the powerful will be used by the powerful to punish the individual. It is my understanding the Attorney General will have to prosecute myself now due to the Charter being invoked. Gay Victoria Police are still refusing to disclose documents outlining their interactions with the witnesses under public interest immunity (Terrorism). Victoria Police are pretty much claiming they talked with the witnesses via telekinesis as no documents exist of them organising emails, meetings with the witnesses. Hey guys, I have my probably final Subpoena hearing today, Police seem nervous and agitated regarding documents sort by me. So far the court has received an affidavit on behalf of the Chief Commissioner of Victoria Police which was authored by the head of Counter Terrorism Command. Two affidavits from the two responding officers who claim they do not posses any notes and I'm assuming must have used telekinesis when communicating with the witnesses as the witnesses just amazingly possess their personal emails and met with them a week later randomly knowing both parties were attending. There was also a couple of affidavits from inspectors of police and one letter from a salty LGBTI Lesbian officer complaining about having to respond to subpoena. Judgment Day is upon us>

One High ranking officer retired one month after the incident and they can't access his files. 4. One LGBTI Officer who were a Homosexual Victoria Police uniform while meeting witnesses at this secret meeting is refusing to give up anything. There was also a question about how the video was obtained, according to an affidavit written by the Boss of Counter Terrorism, a Victorian Intelligence analyst collected it but they can't be named. So apparently not only can VicPol officers in Jewish communities charge you because they are offended, they also have entire community groups and their own Apps available to streamline the process of arresting anyone who hold different views to the mainstream opinion. Court update, major development! The police have been refusing to disclose where, when, and who collected the video evidence in my case. The other day the Judge demanded to know where the video came from and who collected it (chain of custody). Just received an email from the prosecution which contains an affidavit written by a counter terrorism officer on behalf of the Chief Commissioner of Police. Affidavit states: The video was obtained by an employee of Victorian Police (Not a cop) their title is “Victorian Public Service intelligence Analyst” who conveniently is no longer employed by Counter Terrorism Police. The video was according to this affidavit collected the day after the incident May 12, 2019 and then given to Counter Terrorism Police, why? Investigation began on June 3, 2019. Interesting to note the se counter terrorism officer who wrote the affidavit on behalf of the Chief Commissioner was the same officer who stated in an email prior to investigation that he was “eager to have statements obtained” from the witnesses so he could get a batting order on me. Crazy stuff, hearing begins tomorrow
