Personal apology from the Irish Times pub.
Spitting in patrons beers during a pandemic is extremely dangerous.
Thanks to Medi for sorting this issue out.

For followers who donât understand whatâs going on with my defence/case Iâll briefly explain.
I was invited into a fake gay church, I asked for permission to add to the discussion and was given permission. I asked if they married sodomites and then was asked what I meant by sodomites and I replied fa##itâs etc. I was then assaulted and removed from the venue, and I was ultimately charged with disturbing religious worship.
My Barrister Stephanie Wallace stated the disturbance came from the people at the venue, not me. I offended them but didnât disturb them.
The secondary argument from Mrs Wallace was the legal term of âdisturbedâ in relation to this charge has not been defined and will cause issues if the word âdisturbedâ is used for any disagreements in a church in the future. This is why itâs going to take 29 days for a judgment)
There should be a precedent made by Chief Judge Kidd on where the line is when it relates to a disturbance of religious worship.
I am very happy with process at the moment. Stephenie Wallace did a great job, exceeded my expectations. Chief Judge Kidd also appears to be very fair and did not allow any NZ terrorism claims by the prosecution. Legal Aid also come through and are paying for 100% of my appeal. (Yes Iâm shocked too)
Even if I lose Iâm confident my 70 day sentence will be reduced. But Iâm 50/50 on the final judgment.

Whether I win or lose my Barrister is very talented.

Imagine a country annexing theyâre own land without a shot being fired.
If 80% of our country took the vaccine I would be surprised if they didnât voluntarily give the government a blank cheque to change the constitution.
Itâs times like these people see the flawed reality of democracy.
