- السؤال : هل هناك مشاكل من أستخدم دواء Dexamethasone مع الأسبرين ؟؟؟؟ - عند أستخدم Dexamethasone مع دواء الأسبرين بشكل متكرر و لمدة طويلة ماذا يحدث؟؟ - طبعاً الظاهرة ليس فقط مع dexamethasone بل أعطى أحد أدوية مجموعة Corticosteroids مع Aspirin يحدث أنه يزيد تركيز الأسبرين و يحدث gastrointestinal bleeding and ulceration اي خطورة نزيف و قرحة المعدة ...... aspirin, dexamethasone.
