I'd like to report what I believe to be child grooming and the psychological abuse of children.
It's going to take place at libraries in these destination-
Awen, Blackpool, Bexley, Cardiff, Cornwall, Portsmouth, Brighton Hove, Leeds, Powys, Vale of Glamnorgan, Rochdale, Somerset, Oxfordshire, Workingham, Reading, Crewe, Guernsey, Stockton and Bolton.
I feel as though it's my duty as a human being to report this crime before it even begins.
Also I'd love to know who agreed to this and see a thorough investigation into this matter.
