Go out and live a little. Trading requires a lot of mental energy and to function properly you need to constantly recharge. The best way to do that is to go outside, touch grass, and have some fun.

For those who don’t understand, NFP and CPI days often consolidates (ranges) all day while anticipating the news data. So most times setups will fail because news events causes market reactions and it takes sometime for structures to rebalance and follow a pattern. The best traders aren’t the ones taking every move. The best traders wait for the right time.
