Here’s a psychological trick… Whenever you’ve taken a loss you know deep down you can’t handle, take some time away. Close your chart for a 24hrs period. Then come back with clarity. The market will always be here but your capital would likely tank if you allow emotions get the best of you. How you react to one loss will determine if you’ll take more along the way. And lastly, as a trader I’ll advise you to have friends around. Especially on days you take a loss, talk to someone.

As a trader, focus on your growth and never compare your results with someone else. This is a long term skill. Reduce the expectations and you’ll enjoy trading.
