| 3 | I opened up the package and took out the pages and 2 necklaces within. McConnell asked what all that was. I told him that this was a questionnaire he had to fill out. I said I was here to help him do that. He asked what the necklaces were for. I told him, that after the questionnaire was completed, he would be assigned one or both of them to wear. That was then the black plaques would be filled in. I was the one who would write down his answers to the questions. I knew, for no particular memory of how I knew, that he was in some sort of transition and was being judged by who I did not know for sure.
I looked at the questionnaire, and the instructions that were on the first page. Then I looked at the questions. I believe there were 20 of them. Based on the questions, it seemed to me that it was being determined whether he and his soul could be reunited. He seemed to be in some sort of transition where this determination had to be made. I did not know what words or symbols would appear on the black plaques. But I knew that he was being marked according to the determination. I told that to the man, but it didn’t seem to bother him.
He wasn’t totally aware of what was going on, but only because he was in the psi astral dream realm. I told him this. We had a brief conversation about how I would ask the questions, he would respond, and I would write his responses down. He knew he had to do this, and I was a very friendly person there to help him. But his mind would wander, so that I had to keep reminding him why I was there, I was patient, as he talked about work, social and business gatherings, and a ball that he was reluctant to go to. He asked me if I would go with him. I reminded him that I had already agreed to – and fulfilled – a promise to allow him to take me on a tour of his environment in DC. He really needed my support there, so I agreed.
He showed me, somewhere near his work office, an outside corridor that ran alongside a largish plot of grass that was somewhat enclosed by white and glass walls. He showed me other rooms as we walked down hallways. We walked outside the building and saw tourists in line to visit the various buildings. It was then that I recognized a couple of people that I knew for sure had died, yet were there and making comments to me and McConnell.
After this, I took the man back to where we had left the questionnaire and the 2 necklaces. I started to ask the questions and write down the answers. This is when the psi astral dream began to fade. Always, for me, the audio goes first and then the visual. In the seconds before it ended, I told him not to be concerned because he was in a dream and that the questionnaire would be finished - even if I could not return for a 3rd time. Someone else would get it done in my place. 24 hours later, when it was no longer raining and atmospheric, slept again. I did not return to the McConnell dream at all.
I left the dream not knowing what his transition was exactly about. But I do have an idea. I know that time will soon give me the answer. The type of transition will become crystal clear. The bigger mystery for me is what was I doing there in the first place. Who was doing the judging, and what about him was being judged? | 23 |

When I have a psi astral dream, it means that I am observing or participating in something real. It could be in the past, the present, or the future. But these experiences are always reflecting real circumstances. Sometimes I am an observer. Other times I am a participant. Many of these have been publicly documented, including on this page and elsewhere. I have a near 100% accuracy rate. This isn’t a boast. It’s just a fact. I was born this way. Keep that in mind as you read my report and look at the attached image.
Part of this report includes specific dates. I researched them for this report. I did not know the exact dates when I had the psi astral dream. I wrote this in a flurry of needing to get everything down right away, before any part of it disappeared from my waking memory.
Yesterday, September 6, 2026, I let you know that earlier in the day I had experienced a psi-astral dream about a well known person. I didn’t reveal who it was. Now I will. That person is the missing in action Senator Mitch McConnel. I do not know him personally, nor was my experience anything that I ever thought about doing in my waking life. I was aware of the controversy and mystery surrounding him as to whether he was alive, alive but in a very poor way, or deceased.
This Mitch McConnell mystery began with his medical emergency – at his D.C. residence. – on June 14, 2026 at the age of 84. Prior to this, there had been a number of health concerns about him due to his falls and his freezing and glitching while speaking. Since the June 14 incident, which was all over the news in the US, there was the reported appearance that he had died or was seriously incapacitated. Except for a couple of photo ops and a written statement in July, taken from either a hospital bed or recovery bed, there has been no video of him or anything that would constitute actual current proof of life. This is very unusual behavior for a sitting Senator.
On September 6, 2026 – which was a Sunday – it began to unexpectedly rain. It was the type of rain that creates great sleeping conditions. It also comes with electrically charged ions, which have the ability to power lightning, as well as impact Earth’s Schumann Resonance. In some cases, these conditions can also include creating the conditions for paranormal activity and psychic activity – whether one is awake or asleep. Despite my work schedule, I wanted to take advantage of the ambience of the rain and my need for sleep. I took 2 rainy day naps hours apart. In both naps the same psi astral dream happened, with the 2nd one picking up where the first one left off.
In my psi astral dream I am with Mitch McConnell in a room that seemed to be his DC home, his DC home office, his DC gov office, and various indoor and outdoor locations around and in the DC Capitol. It all starts when I am talking to McConnell in one of these rooms. It’s spacious enough to walk around a little, and has the appropriate type of furniture. There is a very important package of 8x11 white paper inserted into clear packaging. Over the pages, and under the clear plastic over, were 2 identical long chained thin necklaces. One was gold colored and one was bronze colored. Solidly attached at the bottom, of each long necklace, was a rounded rectangular blank plaque of the same color as the necklace it was attached to. I’ve reproduced, them as best as I could, in the attached image. In the psi astral dream world, that I was in, McConnell looked like the attached image. On September 3, 2026 I posted a very important report about the source of all evil on the planet over the last 12,000 years or so. I cannot overstress how important having this info is. Because, without this info you won’t know who the real enemy of Humans and planet Earth really is. If you don’t know that source info, then you can’t know how to defeat it and banish it from the planet. This evil has infested and ravaged this planet with its soul harvesting operation.
In Part I: I explain the origins of what evil is, how evil works, and who was involved then and who is involved now. This includes explaining Earth’s Proper Matrix vs Earth’s False Matrix. It’s the False Matrix that evil created. This evil are the Vol Shaday ET Reptilians. They are the minions of the Dark Matter Aberration [DMA] – the cosmic vampire who is the source of all evil in the Universe. The word/sound ‘Vol’ means evil associated with the DMA.
The attached image is what a real Vol Shaday ET Reptilian looks like. I know because I’ve seen them myself. Therefore, if you see any image representation of them, that doesn’t look like this, it’s a fabrication of the Human mind. Speaking of the Human mind: These beings are called by other Human created names including: Dracos, Draconians, Reptoids, Reptilians, Saurians, Lacertians, Orions, Thubans, Eltanins, and others. The Reptilian moniker came from Humans, simply because Shaday skin reminds them of reptilian skin. Fair enough. However, now that I have told you their real name please kindly use this from now on – as long as you are not tagging on false myth, info, and lore.
Knowing their real name has power. It’s actually Vol Shaday. I tag on the ET Reptilian part, after Vol Shaday, just so Humans will be absolutely sure of what and who I’m referring to. The word ‘Shaday’ is the lineage that this being belongs to. There are many branches of Shaday including just regular ‘Shaday’ and ‘Shaday Ru’. Only the Vol Shaday are the evil minions of the DMA. All of the other Shaday are good people who just live their lives. Two of these branches are members of the ET Earth Consortium.
Many years ago I revealed that the Anunnaki, are in fact, the Vol Shaday ET Reptilians. As part of their Human brain fracking, and the creation of Earth’s False Matrix, it was necessary for the Vol Shaday ET Reptilians to erase Human history. Not only did they do that, but they inserted/swapped themselves into the dual role of the ET Earth Consortium – the bioengineers and teachers of modern Humans, and the Elarian ET Angels. The Elarians are the #1 cosmic foe of the Vol Shaday. That’s especially why the Vol Shaday portrayed Angels as fallen – and other unsavory things. The Vol Shaday historical redo is utter nonsense.

Did you have any awareness of time and space wonkiness happening to you today? Here’s why I ask.
A just behind the rim far side near X flare erupted from sunspot 4520 on September 5, 2026. It triggered a large coronal mass ejection that caused an R1 radiation storm on Earth. However, nothing about this solar and Earth activity is normal. It’s anything but normal.
No worries. I solved the weird puzzle. A Time Shift was involved. The weird solar mix-up happened September 5, 2026. I noticed it right away. Mainstream science did not and still has not. This type of thing happens more than you know. Here’s what I noticed and how I solved the puzzle.
When I was looking at the day’s solar activity I noticed a large coronal mass ejection coming off the Sun’s right side. I’ve attached that image. Then, it was recorded that an R1 radiation storm had hit Earth from this solar flare and CME. Still sounds normal – until you realize how this all got cataloged on space weather sites. Solar flare was attributed to first sunspot 4520 and then 4524. These sunspots, are not only on opposite side of the Sun, but at the time of this flare 4520 was just behind the right solar rim and no longer listed as being on the Earth side of the Sun. Then it seems that Earth side sunspot 4524 unleashed a C8 smaller C9 flare and CME hours later. Charts changed back and forth as to which sunspot did what and at what magnitude. The kicker for me, was that an R1 radiation storm was recorded on Earth. I attached that graph.
Are you following all of this? I do this sort of research every day.
Besides the charts changing back and forth, it was that R1 radiation storm that did it for me. A C9 solar flares cannot cause a radiation storm on Earth. It would take a mid M level or any magnitude X level to do that. The 4520 flare and CME was listed as an M1. Same sort of problem with this one too. Because 4520, was just behind the Sun’s right rim, the M1 magnitude was taken from what the flare released beyond the rim. It’s well known, that in such cases, a CME and flare like that – that sources from the far side of the Sun, is much larger in magnitude. That’s how I now it was actually a high M flare aka near X flare – or even an entry level X flare.
The evidence for this Time Shift was very obvious, especially since this type of solar flare activity is a Time Shift Trigger. The Time Shift literally causes a condition on Earth called frame dragging. That’s a boring way of saying that a Time Shift causes Earth’s space-time continuum to go a bit wonky. | 29 |

| 11 | All souls are luminous ethereal sapient beings made of stardust and other cosmic elements. They exist in a higher spectrum of vibration compared to the dense physical matter of a living body and its nested brain. Souls are attracted to the frequencies that
well-functioning brains generate. The soul then anchors to the brain using its energy. The soul also partially merges with the brain’s physical body. It cannot completely merge because the soul is too large to do that. It is through this energy anchoring that the ethereal soul and the physical brain get to experience each other’s life. This is cosmic nature at work and it’s a beautiful uniting of two very different types of beings.
Vol Shady ET Reptilians know, that corrupting the Human brain’s frequencies - aka brain fracking - will cause a soul to detach from the corrupted brain. The detachment doesn’t happen right away, unless the physical body and brain dies or the brain’s frequencies cannot be repaired. The soul gives the brain a chance to heal before it chooses to detach. This is a very vulnerable and upsetting time for the soul, which makes it vulnerable to harvesting. To expedite this situation, Vol Shaday ET Reps flood the brain with irrational false ideas, emotions, sounds, and other conditions that create a destructive False Matrix reality overwrite of Earth’s Proper Matrix reality.
Once Human brains were fracked, and their souls detached and harvested, a False Matrix illusion of reality went into effect, Although the Proper Matrix has recently mostly overwritten the False Matrix code, the world is still dealing with the bizzarro world that the False Matrix created. This is the battle between good and evil. You may think that this battle is only on Earth. No. Some of the battle, especially that part which involves Humans vs Humans, is taking place on Earth. The majority of the battle is taking place outside of most Human awareness. It’s happening on our planet, in our solar system, and in realms and dimensions attached to the Earth.
The ET Earth Consortium and the Elarian ET Angels, who never left the planet and the solar system, are allies on one side of the battle. They are defending all life and souls on the planet. All Humans are the hybrid descendants of ETEC. The Vol Shaday ET Reptilians are on the other side of the battle. Their goal is to maximize and finish up their Human soul harvesting, get off of the planet, and leave the solar system. This is something that they physically cannot do. They lost too much tech in the ET battles of about 12,000 years ago. They’ve been trapped in the solar system, and on Earth, for years. ETEC and the Elarians can go where they please. They chose to stay, rescue the planet, and rescue as many Human souls as possible – something that they are currently doing and have been doing.

The info, found in this report, focuses on the source of why our world has horribly lost its way. Something very evil infested our planet more than 12,000 years ago. In doing so, this terrible infesting force destroyed the Earth’s past advanced civilization collectively called AstariaDom. This is the civilization that the ET Earth Consortium built. They are the bioengineers and teachers of modern Humans. This is where ETEC and Humans lived side by side. It is ETEC, and their allies the Elarian ET Angels, that rescued thousands and thousands of modern Humans and animals from the ET vs ET Earth battles that ensued. This is when and why the very real global flood happened.
That infesting and destructive off world scourge is called the Vol Shaday ET Reptilians. They are the minions of the non-sentient Dark Matter Aberration [DMA]. They work exclusively in the Milky Way Galaxy – the home of our solar system and planet. The Vol Shaday ET Reptilians employ their own worker minions such as the Vol Gwee. Later they created Human minions who do their bidding. The word/sound ‘Vol’ means evil associated with the DMA. Other soulless DMA minions work in other Galaxies.
The DMA is literally an aberration of non-sentient regular Dark Matter [DM]. Regular Dark Matter is integral to the tethering of the Universe’s building blocks from the smallest to the largest particles. The DMA is damaged beyond repair. Its programming is also damaged. The DMA knows that it needs to be repaired. But it doesn’t understand that such a repair is not possible. It tries to repair itself anyway. It’s manifest destiny is to be whole. This is where the greater problem for the entire Universe began. The repair material, that the DMA seeks and acquires, come from the same cosmic elements that make up stardust souls. This includes Human souls. For the DMA, it’s a never-ending loop of hunting souls, acquiring souls, processing souls followed by its failure to achieve its repair goals.
This is why the DMA, and its minions the Vol Shaday ET Reptilians, are in the destructive business of soul harvesting. Earth soul harvesting began 12,000 years ago with the Earth infestation of the Vol Shaday ET minions. The easiest way, for the Vol Shaday ET Reptilians to capture stardust soul material, is when an ethereal stardust soul is tethered to a physical body’s brain. On September 1, 1859 an Earth facing X105 solar flare was unleashed on the sun. It triggered the most powerful coronal mass ejection. It was the most intense and powerful solar flare in recorded history. That X105 solar flare triggered a coronal mass ejection, that was so powerful, that it reached Earth in only 17.6 hours on September 2, 1859. That’s a journey of 150 million kilometers or 93 million miles from the Sun to the Earth. This happened 167 years ago.
When it hit Earth the CME created a spectacular light show that was seen around the world from pole to pole. A lot of the auroras were red, which in the days of limited communications and knowledge either scared or fascinated people. To some, that red made it look like a doomsday scenario where the Earth was on fire. Along with that global red aurora came beautiful etheric and bright prismatic auroras. All of the auroras, were so bright, that the dark of night turned to day. For many, this removed their fear of a doomsday as they saw something ethereal in the prismatic light shining in the world.
The effect, of the CME and geomagnetic storm, had an impact of the top communications system of the day - the telegraph. In some cases telegraph wired melted and telegraph operators received electrical shocks. In other instances, the atmosphere was so charged with electricity that the unscathed telegraph wires worked even though the system was shut down over safety concerns. With days the telegraph system was up and running again. Today there are warning alert safeguards regarding incoming CMEs. Many countries have grid system protections in place. Others don’t. Obviously they all should.
The Carrington Event brought something else -intense Time Shift activity. Understanding, what happened due to these Times Shifts – and probably Core Matrix Time Line Edits and a Core Matrix Time Line Reboot – has been difficult to pin down. I mentioned before that I have precognition events every day, several times a day. This mostly happens when I’m awake, but sometimes in the dream astral state as well. Over the years I have either posted – or said in an interview – what I believed were things that I received advance psi knowing about. I call these events psi data downloads. It’s a brain-Core Matrix interface connection. I have a near 100% accuracy rate with precognition, prophesy, psychic dreaming, and premonitions. It’s nothing that I studied. It’s just the way that I was born. Over the years, many of them have appeared on this page and in interviews that many of you have watched or listened to.
If you dream, then you have an active brain Core Matrix interface connection. The more orderly and sequenced your dream is, instead of seemingly random or strange things out of sequence, the better the connection is. If you have a very specific psychic dream, meaning that what you dream comes to pass, then your brain-Core Matrix connection is in the Akashic Record type zone. That’s a good thing. Actually understanding, what that dream means, is even a better thing. Being able to use that dream, to help yourself and others, is you at your best.

I knew that it was important to show you this info, and I psi searched what I felt were images that should go along with the telling. What you see, in this attached image, is one of those panels from the show. You can scroll down, to my August 8, 2026 post, to see it for yourself. As I was working on that flood image I couldn’t get my mind off of the Himalayas and the image of civilization ending tsunamis and floods wiping that part of AstariaDom from the face of the Earth. The Himalayas wasn’t the only place that this type of ancient raging flood disaster happened, but I became fixated on the Himalayas. That’s why they ended up in this panel.
Now I understand what I was picking up on. Unintentionally, it turns out that what I posted on August 8, 2026 was a precognition event. On August 26, 2026 the deadly Nepal Himalaya flash flood happened. I knew, immediately, that this is what I had psi seen that prompted me to do a Himalaya flood panel. Also note, that before my August 26, 2026 Nepal report I first wrote a message. It said that something horrific had happened but that the global reports had gotten some things very wrong. This includes how the flash flood happened and more. I was waiting for the correction and then I would post my report.
I was right about all of those corrections. I was right because I psi knew due to what I was picking up when I was creating my Himalaya flood disaster podcast image panel. But I was a little slow on the uptake. I thought that what I was psi getting was from ancient times only. Obviously not. I was hooked into both events. I believe even more than those 2 events. In my larger report, on the day of the Nepal disaster, I ripped into the uncared about and preventable real reason why the deadly flash happened.
