#11455: Group Projects and Finals Might be an unpopular opinion, but the school should either give extra week for finals revision or revamp how group projects are done. I find that every semester, group projects get into my way of studying for finals. I would be so caught up with submitting and presenting for all the various group projects in the last few weeks of school, such that I can only start "full-time" studying for my finals in the study week, which is like only 7 days, which is extremely little. The group projects also does not value-add to my studying, as it is usually a research on a brand new topic, or a case etc. It just serves to take time ... #11285: Group projects I’m from IS. there are projects that are very demanding bcos of how much we have to code and the short time frame. Plus we are all busy. Can we not jump to the conclusions that this/that team member is a snake? This is my personal experience. I was in a coding heavy project and only did a little.there were 3 other members in the team with me. 2 of them were friends. I did not code a lot but at the same time, I was not a free loader who did not do anything. This why peer evaluation exists to even stuff like this out.
