This means one wallet can only do one IDO every 7 days There is also a 7 day lead in time to qualify, i.e you will need to hold POLS in your wallet 7 days prior to the IDO This apparently increases the users chance of participating in a POLS IDO to 86.3% if you hold 250 POLS.
