For clarity: Carbohydrates/sugar when not burned off as muscle fuel during strenuous activity are extremely inflammatory, prevent fat burning and cause diabetes.
Sugar (sucrose, glucose etc) has been touted as the body’s “preferred energy source” simply because the body uses it as energy first, before it uses fat.
But to say the body “prefers” sugar as a fuel source is tricky language. Just because the body opts to use sugar as energy before fat does not necessarily mean it prefers sugar as a fuel source. Alcohol is used by the body for energy even before sugar, so would it be accurate to say the body “prefers” alcohol as its primary fuel source? Of course not.
The body uses sugar first because it doesn’t want excess sugar circulating through the blood. It’s using sugar for energy before fat because it’s trying to eliminate the sugar to mitigate inflammation. But thanks to the food industry, advertising, crooked governments and so-called experts, people keep on eating it with every meal and end up developing a myriad of chronic health issues.
Obesity is only the tip of iceberg.

Pfizer has come under scrutiny by the UK’s pharmaceutical watchdog, the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA), for breaching the regulatory code five times.
The accusations stem from senior executives’ use of social media to promote an unlicensed COVID vaccine, alongside making misleading claims, such as the phrase “95% effective” and the declaration that children aged 5 to 11 would benefit from these shots.
Naomi Wolf previously reported:
“This is a slap on the wrist. It’s a serious one, though. It affects public opinion, certainly in Britain ... And this kind of ruling will certainly make it easier for people in the UK to say, ‘I was injured. Look, I was lied to ... It’s a lie to say that it was safe and effective.’”
