قال الفضيل بن عياض رحمه الله إياك أن تدل الناس على الله ثم تفقد أنت الطريق، واستعذ بالله دائماً أن تكون جسرا يعبر عليه إلى الجنة، ثم يرمي في النار . - سير أعلام النبلاء ( ٢٩١/٦) - Fuḍhayl ibn ‘Iyaḍh (may Allāh have mercy on him) said: Beware of directing others to Allāh while allowing yourself to stray from the path, and always seek refuge with Allāh lest you become a bridge leading (others) to Jannah while you yourself are thrown in Hell. 🎧 Summary of Lecture Entitled: 🎙 The Importance Of Attending The Circles Of Knowledge And Not Making Studying Online The New Norm 1️⃣ Those who remember Allāh receive a great bounty from Allāh 2️⃣ The remembrance of Allāh is incumbant as Allah has commanded with it and it comes with tranquility 3️⃣ This rememberance must be done in a manner which coincides with the sunnah of our Messenger ﷺ 4️⃣ Some of the Sunan of the messenger ﷺ in regards to the remembrance of Allāh 5️⃣ Take advantage of remembering Allāh in the houses of Allāh and don't be negligent before the opportunity goes and you miss out on magnificent virtues 6️⃣ Organise your schedule so that a portion of your day is spent in the gatherings of knowledge in the Masājid and do not let the affairs of this Dunyā busy you from the affairs of the hereafter 7️⃣ Increasing in your knowledge is from the means of raising your status to such a level that you become from the best of people 8️⃣ Studying in the Masājid is from the way of the Salaf - this is how the scholars became scholars, not from studying online 9️⃣ Consistency is key to obtaining the love of Allāh 🔟 Some of the most important things for a person to learn and the best way to learn them 1️⃣1️⃣You will be questioned about the blessings so strive diligently in using them in that which pleases Allāh We ask Allah to allow us to seek knowledge and emulate the Salaf in how they sought it.
