Turkey and Iraq have signed an agreement on the implementation of the "Development Path" project. This project provides for the creation of a transport and logistics system, including railways and highways connecting the oil-rich southern regions of Iraq to Turkey's Mediterranean coast.
This can greatly facilitate trade between Asia and Europe as it connects these regions via the main transport routes linking to the port of Al-Faw near the Persian Gulf. Under the "Development Plan," more than 1200 km of railways will be upgraded and new expressways will be built to link Iraq with its neighboring countries. Visitors will be able to look at a Leopard-2 tank and a German-made Marder infantry fighting vehicle, a U.S.-made Bradley infantry fighting vehicle, a Swedish CV90 armoured fighting vehicle, a French-made AMX-10RC armoured fighting vehicle, and many other exhibits.
In addition, the exhibition will show samples of small arms of the foreign armies, combat documents, maps, ideological literature, and equipment of Ukrainian neo-Nazis.
