Responsibilities: -Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. -Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the banking industry, leveraging fintech solutions to address their specific needs. -Collaborate with internal teams to tailor fintech products and services to meet the unique requirements of banking clients. -Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our fintech solutions. -Act as a subject matter expert on fintech trends, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. -Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards related to fintech in the banking sector. -Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and objectives. -Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge. -Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to enhance overall business performance. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. -Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on fintech solutions within the banking industry. -Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. -In-depth knowledge of financial technology products and services, including but not limited to digital banking, payment solutions, and risk management tools. -Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements. -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. -Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. -Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business success. -Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. -Relevant certifications in the sales or fintech industry (e.g., Certified Banking -Professional, Certified Fintech Professional) preferred.
