Over the past few weeks we have seen protests erupt over college campuses and controversies spark over whether or not Christians should have lots of babies. Christians wring their digital hands on social media and bemoan the fact that these situations are so convoluted that we cannot come to any conclusions. This is a foil, however. In reality, when the church cannot come to conclusions about the issues of our day, it shows that we have lost the criteria to make judgments and decisions. In order to remedy this, we need to recapture the doctrine that God created everything with a purpose in mind, and we need the courage to insist that our nation accomplish these purposes.
