A few months ago I bought a bottle of kombucha. It was over $4 and I was in shock!!!
I brewed some green tea ļæ¼ and with the bottle I got, I started my own kombucha. It took a while to build the mother/Scoby. ļæ¼
Now I made roughly 8 times as much and the cost is about $1.50 ļæ¼
All you need is water, green or black tea, and sugar.
1 gallon of water
8 bags of green tea
1 cup of sugar or maple syrup or honey ļæ¼ļæ¼
And a little piece of SCOBYļæ¼/mother
The amount I just made would have cost me between 35 and $40 and this way I know exactly whatās in it šā¤ļø
Give it a try, itās really not that hard. Kombucha is so wonderful for the micro biome and gut healthļæ¼. It is right in line with sauerkraut, kimchi, and other fermented foods.

A little animal therapy goes a long way ā¤ļø
I am so fortunate to watch the interactions of our animals daily. All I can say is that even with very neglected and/or abused animals all that is needed is PATIENCE, KINDNESS and LOVE and they recover beautifully.
Imagine we would allow the same for humans...š„°
