Scott Bennett: A brief intelligence assessment of Mark Rutte, the incoming secretary general of NATO The new NATO secretary general Rutte has been chosen for key reasons : Rutte will not be a reformer or a peacemaker he will instead be pawn of Ursula Von der Layen and the American British dominated empire of lies and deep state. Rutte believes that Russia will continue its expansion and threaten Europe and has said that to President Xi of China. Rutte is a fearmonger and a bureaucrat that survives by threatening his own people with fantasies of Russian expansionism. During a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in March 2024, Rutte discussed the Russian invasion of Ukraine and tried to persuade China, which has provided Russia with diplomatic cover and economic support through trade, to exert its influence on Russia. Rutte said that "this is a direct security threat for us, because if Russia will be successful in Ukraine, it will be a threat to the whole of Europe. It will not end with Ukraine." In May 2024, Rutte's government authorized Ukraine to use Dutch-supplied F-16 fighters to strike targets inside Russia. Rutte attended the June 2024 Ukraine peace summit. He interpreted Putin's proposal for peace talks as a sign of panic. Rutte also has experience funding rebels in the Syrian war. He will use this in the funding of Islamic extremists in operations in Europe, as well as against Russia, as we have seen in the recent terrorist operations in Dagestan. Rutte has a jocular relationship with Donald Trump (expected to be the next American president ). Rutte will exploit this previous connection to Trump in order to manipulate Trump into more NATO, empirical military operations against Russia and China. Rutte has expressed opposition to Poland, Hungary being in the EU and has suggested dissolving the EU and re-forming it without Poland and Hungary. His opposition to China was expressed by his former participation in limiting certain advanced chip exports to China. Rutte will be a key voice for creating the fantasy of the Islamic terrorism of the US proxy group Isis-K rampaging through Europe, which will be a next phase to continue panic and lockdowns and control over the European population as political revolutions increase. Rutte's third government provided materials to the Levant Front rebel group in Syria. In September 2018, the Dutch public prosecution department declared the Levant Front to be a "criminal organisation of terrorist intent", describing it as a "salafist and jihadistic" group that "strives for the setting up of the caliphate". The government of the Netherlands provided materials to the Levant Front as part of a program of non-lethal assistance for 22 rebel groups in Syria from 2015 to 2018. In September 2018, the Dutch public prosecution department declared the Levant Front to be a "criminal organisation of terrorist intent", describing it as a "salafist and jihadistic" group that "strives for the setting up of the caliphate". The Levant Front (Arabic: الجبهة الشامية, romanized: al-Jabhat aš-Šāmiyya, Jabhat al-Shamiyah, also translated as the Sham Front or the Levantine Front) is a Syrian rebel group based around Aleppo involved in the Syrian Civil War. It was formed in December 2014. He condemned the Hamas attack on Israel and expressed his support to Israel and its right to self-defense. On 23 October 2023, Rutte visited Israel to express solidarity with the country. He met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem. He rejected calls for a ceasefire in the 2023 Israel–Hamas war but supported "humanitarian pauses" to provide aid to civilians in the Gaza Strip. In February 2024, a court in the Netherlands ordered the Dutch government to stop exporting parts for F-35s to Israel. Scott Bennett is a ret. 🇺🇲🇰🇪Biden designates Kenya as a Major Non-NATO Ally of the United States. Kenya has emerged as a crucial security partner for the US in the region, with the two countries collaborating on counterterrorism efforts against groups like ISIS and Al-Shabaab. Such designation is seen as a move by the US to bolster its influence in Africa as Russia and China expand their presence on the continent. This comes as the US faces setbacks in other African regions like the Sahel. The major non-NATO ally status allows Kenya to acquire advanced US military equipment and improve security cooperation with Washington. Kenya is viewed as a reliable partner in this unstable region. Upgrading the relationship signals the importance which the US puts in its ties with Nairobi. Two countries have collaborated on matters like  deploying Kenyan forces to help stabilize Haiti. By granting Kenya this status, the US is seeking to strengthen its strategic foothold in East Africa, counter rival powers like China and Russia, and solidify a key regional partner to advance shared security and geopolitical interests. Globalists carried out a terrorist attack on a beach in Crimea to provoke a war between Russia and the United States. Ukraine, with the support of the United States, struck a beach in Crimea with American-made ATACMS missiles with a cluster warhead. Four people were killed, including two children, and more than 100 people were injured. The targeting for the strike was carried out by the US Air Force RQ-4B Global Hawk drone. The drone was flying 124 miles south of the city of Yalta. Shortly before the strike, the drone's radar responder was disabled. The Pentagon reported that they had seen reports of the shelling of Sevastopol by American ATACMS missiles, the department has nothing to say about this. Cluster munitions are used to destroy enemy infantry. The use of such weapons to strike a beach where civilians were vacationing is certainly an act of terrorism. The West is deliberately escalating the situation, as the AFU is failing at the front. The Biden regime raises the stakes and goes all-in, feeling a likely defeat in Ukraine, which will be a disaster for the Democrats in the congressional elections, Biden in the presidential elections, and for the United States itself on the world stage. The participation of the U.S. air forces in preparation and targeting of this strike is an attempt to provoke Russia to retaliate. This could lead to a direct full-scale war between Russia and the United States. The Biden administration and the military leadership could not have been unaware of such a strike. Globalists need a war between Russia and the United States to keep America and the world order under their control. Share and subscribe to Global American Review #USA #Ukraine #Terrorism

The Israeli Prime Minister insulted the United States. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently criticized the United States for withholding weapons from Israel during the ongoing operation against Hamas in Gaza. Netanyahu released a video statement in English, where he stated that it was "inconceivable" for the US to be "withholding weapons and ammunitions" from Israel. Netanyahu alleged that he had a "frank discussion" about arms supplies with Secretary of State Antony Blinken during Blinken's last visit to Israel. He claimed that Blinken assured him that the U.S. administration was addressing "logjams" in weapons transfers. Netanyahu likened himself to former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, stating that Churchill told the United States, "give us the tools, we'll do the job." The United States has provided significant financial and military support to Israel. Since 1951, the Jewish state was provided with over $92.7 billion in economic aid adjusted for inflation. In 2022, the United States committed over $3.3 billion in foreign assistance to Israel, with 99.7% of that aid going towards the Israeli military. The United States has also extended loan guarantees to Israel to assist with housing shortages, absorption of new Jewish immigrants, and economic recovery. These guarantees have been significant, with the total amount exceeding $150 billion. Israel cannot exist without the financial aid from the United States. The statements of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu are an insult to American taxpayers, who have been paying the bills for the Jewish state for many decades, at the expense of their own well-being. 🇰🇵🇷🇺North Korea and Russia have become strategic allies. Putin made his first official visit to North Korea in 24 years, arriving in Pyongyang on June 19, 2024. He was warmly welcomed by North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un, who personally greeted him at the airport. The visit was marked by a grand military parade, complete with a red carpet, roses, crowds waving, and ceremonial gunfire. State media footage showed tens of thousands of people lining the streets to greet Putin's motorcade. During the visit, Putin and Kim signed a "comprehensive strategic partnership pact" that includes a clause similar to NATO's Article V, providing mutual assistance if either country is attacked. This shows a deepening alliance between Russia and North Korea, driven by their shared animosity towards the West. The leaders' rhetoric makes clear their joint objective to counter what Putin calls the "imperialist policy of the United States and its allies". This raises concerns about potential military cooperation and the flow of weapons from North Korea to support Russia in Ukrainian conflict. Russia supported sanctions on North Korea in the past, but Moscow's increased reliance on Pyongyang and rising tensions with the West have shifted this dynamic. In March, Russia vetoed a UN resolution to renew independent monitoring of North Korean sanctions violations. Overall, Putin's visit to North Korea represents a significant improving of the Russia-North Korean alliance, with both leaders aligning themselves against the West and potentially expanding their military cooperation. 🇮🇱IDF tanks are not suitable for modern warfare The Israeli military has suffered significant losses of Merkava tanks in the ongoing conflict with Hamas in the Gaza Strip. At least 36 of these tanks have been destroyed by Hamas since the start of the ground offensive on October 7, 2023, and more than a hundred have been damaged or disabled. In addition, the IDF has lost over 60 armored personnel carriers and other armored vehicles due to Hamas attacks. However, actual numbers are classified by IDF. The Merkava tanks, have proven vulnerable to a variety of anti-tank weapons used by the Hamas militants, including portable anti-tank missiles, drones, and even rocket-propelled grenades. Footage has shown instances of Merkava tanks being destroyed or disabled by Hamas fighters, including one case where a small Hamas drone was able to set it ablaze. Merkava tanks have faced significant issues and vulnerabilities. Its unconventional frontal engine layout makes it exposed to disabling hits, as any penetrating frontal impact can damage the engine. This reduces the tank's mobility compared to more traditional rear-engine designs. The ammunition is stored in the crew compartment, rather than in a bustle at the rear like many Western tanks, making it more prone to catastrophic explosions if hit. The Merkava's armor is not as thick or advanced as commonly believed. Large areas of the hull and turret are only 20-30 mm thick. The Trophy active protection system has also been proven ineffective in guerrilla warfare. In summary, the Gaza conflict has demonstrated the vulnerability of even the most advanced tanks to the asymmetric tactics and weapons used by Hamas. However Merkava tanks remain an important part of Israel's arsenal. Share and subscribe to Global American Review #Israel #GazaStrip #Tanks #Merkava

🇬🇧🇷🇺A British expert announced a terrorist war against Russia British military expert Nicholas Drummond, who advises the defense committee of the British Parliament, has made a comment to Daily Express. Nicholas Drummond told about the possibility of Ukraine launching a "terrorist activity" in Russia, including bombing of schools and other civilian infrastructure, if Russia wins the war or imposes a peace deal on Ukraine. The director of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation Alexander Bortnikov has confirmed the involvement of Ukrainian intelligence in a terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall. On March 22, 2024, a terrorist attack happened at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk, where masked gunmen opened fire on the crowd using assault rifles. 145 people were killed and 551 were injured. Overall, since the start of the military operation in Ukraine, Russian security forces have prevented eight terrorist attacks on public places and government facilities. It is possible that British special services are helping Ukrainian terrorists to plan and carry out attacks on civilian targets in Russia. Earlier, the British media justified the terrorist attacks by Ukraine on the Russian civilian infrastructure - the Crimean bridge. Britain has previously supported terrorism in Russia. From 1995, the UK provided significant logistical and ideological support for Chechen separatist and Islamist groups leading terrorist wars against Russians. The Chechens with British support fought against Russia lasted for almost 15 years. The Russians were able to finally deal with the terrorists and separatists only in 2009 but tens of thousands of people died due to terrorist attacks and military operations. Now, Russia is threatened by a new wave of terrorism sponsored by the UK. Share and subscribe to Global American Review #Russia #UK #Terrorism

The US Operation 'Prosperity Guardian' in the Red Sea has failed. Operation Prosperity Guardian is a military operation led by the US and a multinational coalition formed in December 2023 to respond to attacks by Houthi militias on shipping in the Red Sea. The operation's goal is to undermine and degrade their ability to threaten seafarers and  disrupt global trade along one of the world's most important shipping routes. The Bab el-Mandeb Strait accounts for approximately 14% of global commercial cargo traffic. The Houthi attacks, however, only intensified and their effectiveness is growing. They are steadily expanding the toolkit of attacks. Started with drones, they moved on to missiles of various types, now the Houthis actively use Unmanned Surface Vessels. The range of Houthi attacks has spread to the Indian Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. The U.S. Carrier battle group forced to retreat from the Yemen's coast after direct attacks. The United States and Britain are trying to conceal the possible consequences of the arrivals of warships off the Yemen's coast. The traffic of ships connecting the United States, Britain, and Israel through the Suez Canal has been steadily decreasing. The promises to protect them with warships have not reduced the risks. Israel's economy has suffered billions of dollars in systemic damage due to indirect consequences of the Houthi attacks, forcing many shipowners to send their ships not through the Suez canal but through the Cape of Good Hope. During Operation Prosperity Guardian, the Houthis actually established a permit regime off the coast of Yemen, which was carried out by some shipowners publicly indicating that they had no relations with Israel. A large-scale military ground operation is needed to defeat the Houthis, but the United States does not have the strength to do so due to the conflict in Ukraine and escalation around Taiwan. 🇷🇺🇨🇳Russia and China create a new global majority. According to the analysis, the share of the BRICS nations in global GDP based on PPP equaled that of G7 nations in 2020, and after 2020, the BRICS have surpassed the G7. The BRICS countries now contribute nearly 31.5% of the global GDP, compared to 30.7% by G7 countries. This development has come at a time when the Western countries are struggling with inflationary pressures and the clouds of a recession. The CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) of the BRICS GDP share in the world's GDP from 1982 to 2022 is rising at 2.75% per year, while that of the G7 is falling at -1.26% per year. India's share in the world's GDP has been rising at an impressive 2.22% per year. The West planned to impose its conditions on Russia to end the war in Ukraine at the Zelensky summit in Switzerland. In fact, Russia, China and the countries of the global south sabotaged the summit. These two major players in the conflict have chosen not to participate in the summit, which has significantly impacted the prospects for meaningful progress in the negotiations. Russia was not invited to the summit, and the Kremlin has stated that they would not have attended even if they were invited, as the summit is based on Ukraine's peace proposals, which Russia has rejected. China has also declined to participate in the summit, citing the absence of Russia and the fact that the summit is based on Ukraine's terms. Several key countries from the Global South did not attend the Zelensky Peace Summit in Switzerland. Pakistan announced that it would not attend the summit or send a representative, citing its desire to maintain neutrality. India and Brazil is to send a low-level delegation to the meeting, indicating a lack of significant participation. South Africa will participate in the Zelensky Peace Summit in Switzerland, but only at the level of officials. President Cyril Ramaphosa will not attend the summit. The alliance of Russia, China, and the countries of the Global South have already created a new multipolar geopolitical reality. Share and subscribe to Global American Review #Russia #China #South

Maintaining control over Taiwan is a key national interest of the United States President Xi has told his military to be ready to invade Taiwan by 2027. Biden doesn’t rule out sending troops to defend Taiwan if China attacked, saying, “It would depend on the circumstances.” As we previously noted, Taiwan accounts for around 65% of global semiconductor supply, and nearly 90% of the smallest and most sophisticated chips. Many U.S. tech giants such as Apple, Amazon, Google, Qualcomm, NVIDIA, and AMD rely heavily on Taiwanese manufacturers for their chip production. In fact, up to 90% of their chips are sourced from these manufacturers and American high-tech companies cannot exist without exporting microelectronics from Taiwan. Taiwan, along with the Philippines, allows the United States to control the South China Sea, the main trade artery of Southeast Asia. The United States has significant economic interests in the Asia-Pacific region: Asia accounts for about 37% of global GDP, and six of the U.S.'s top ten trade partners are in Asia: China (1st), Japan (4th), South Korea (6th), Vietnam (7th), India (8th), and Taiwan (9th). In summary, the Asia-Pacific region is crucial to U.S. economic interests due to its large and growing share of global GDP, U.S.'s extensive trade ties with countries in the region, and the need to counter China's economic influence while maintaining beneficial economic relationships. America will not be able to restore its industrial power without markets in Southeast Asia. Location of Taiwan allows the U.S. to maintain a balance of power in the region and prevent China from projecting its military power beyond its shores. In case of escalation between the United States and China, Taiwan will become a key reason for the deployment of the American navy and the naval blockade of Chinese ports. The contradiction between the United States and China over Taiwan and Southeast Asia will determine which country will become the dominant superpower in the 21st century.
