There seems to be some confusion about the last email communication of Vitae AG regarding the banning of non upgraded accounts. It must be clear that this is only applicable for accounts that NEVER have been upgraded and therefore violated the Terms & Conditions, also stated during the registration process: "Please be advised that registering in the beta phase is subject to upgrading your account when the option is available, as mentioned in our Terms & Conditions." For those who never upgraded there is still time enough time left to upgrade before the banning of their account. The accounts of those who have upgraded in the past will not be banned if not upgraded for the moment, the upgrade and its advantages only expired.

We are constantly working towards the highest levels of compliance possible and treat our Beta testers with the respect they deserve. The Terms and Conditions (T&C) that apply during the Beta test phase, clearly state that when registering for Vitae upgrading is a requirement. As of Friday April 10, 2020 and during the complete Beta test phase, every non-upgraded account registered in the past and/or that will register in the future, has exactly 15 days after the moment of registration, to complete his upgrade. If a user fails to do this upgrade, the account will be permanently banned after this 15 days period. When trying to log in to Vitae.co, a message will state that failing to comply to the T&C forced us to ban the user from our Vitae platform. Re-registering will of course be possible in the future, without being able to claim any previously acquired rights and/or advantages from an earlier registration and when complying to the T&C at the moment of re-registration. So, don’t hesitate any longer to complete this upgrade. If you already did, support all of your team members, help them to get their Vitae tokens on the platform, exchange these tokens for the necessary credits and make sure they all perform the upgrade process ASAP.
