Dear members, We are very excited about the launch of the redesigned platform, the feedback we get is amazing and we thank all of you for your incredible support. The overall performance on day 1 is satisfying and we keep monitoring the performance as we speak. The fundamentals of the new design is very strong and scalable for huge amounts of users, but as any new development we need to make sure everything is set in place so we can perform as intended. So if you are experiencing some performance issues with the speed of the platform, please be patient, our development team is working overtime to get everything in place as quickly as possible. We’re very pleased to announce that data migration from the old to the new Vitae social media platform is proceeding according to plan. The last days will be entirely devoted to final testing of the platform to make sure that everything will work flawlessly from the start. The time has come, we said goodbye to the old Vitae social media platform. During the offline period following data will be migrated to the new platform: • All credit- vitae token- and energy balances. • Token and credit transaction history. • All Garden, purpose and destiny data. • Friendship relations. • KYC status. • Share-power. Considering the global spread of the Vitae community we placed a countdown clock on Vitae.co. This way, you can follow when the new platform will go live in your time zone. From that moment you can reactivate your profile via the login page. Only a few days to go!

Dear Vitae member, as you can probably imagine, a new platform comes with a new style. That is why, when our new social media platform is launched on 1 February, Like units will become Energy Boosts and Likes will be Energy Points. As communicated in our previous letter, every user will have to go through a forgot password procedure, in order to get access to the new platform, therefore you must have access to the email you entered in your profile. If you don’t have access to that email, please go to your profile (https://vitae.co/users/change_email_address/) and change the email, you will be able to do so by confirming it at the new email you are putting in. If you don’t have access to your vitae account and you don’t have access to the email you entered, we unfortunately cannot help you, so please don’t send support tickets about that, as we will not be able to assist you. Dear member, We made you a promise. We said that 2021 would be a breakthrough year. Today, we are making good on that promise. So, it is with great pride that we are able to officially announce the launch of the updated Vitae social media platform on Monday, the 1st of February. Yes, you are hearing it right. In just over two weeks from now, you and every other current Vitae member will be able to start using our revamped, top-notch platform. For two years now, the Vitae team have dedicated themselves, day and night, to building and rebuilding the ultimate platform. The result of all this hard work makes us extremely proud. Offline - online - timeline This is the proposed timeline. The old platform will be taken offline on 27 January. The Vitae member data will be migrated from the old to the new platform between 27 and 31 January. This migration ensures that none of your user data, your funds, friend connections and MBO data will be lost. Everything will be there, ready and waiting when you first log into your account on the new platform as from the 1st of February. Can you feel the excitement building yet? For pioneers: the privilege of the premiere This February launch is an exclusive privilege for existing Vitae members. Like you. Indeed, the public launch of the platform is scheduled for later in the year. You, on the other hand, get to enjoy the premiere of this revolutionary platform much sooner: a completely revamped design, a much improved user experience and some great new features. To the future and beyond Looking even further ahead, we can guarantee that this is only the beginning, the foundation on which cool Vitae features and updates will be added all the time. And we have more great news to share with you. To celebrate the launch in proper style, Vitae will be introducing a special incentive action, as well! Between 19 and 26 January, every member who brings in 4 new direct members who upgrade before 3 February, will receive 100 additional free credits.  Finally, although we will be fully focused on the launch in the two weeks to come, we promise to keep you in the loop about our ongoing progress.
