We would like to point out the following, very important point. As already mentioned many times in our zoom calls, VITAE is a Social Media platform. VITAE does not run or operate a Crypto Currency, VITAE uses the VITAETOKEN in our platform for our digital services. The VITAE TOKEN is an "OPEN-SOURCE" "DECENTRALISED" application, that isn't owned or controlled by us at all. As with BITCOIN and other "OPEN-SOURCE" applications the responsibility lies in the hand of the user, and we would encourage everyone (that runs desktop wallets or uses exchanges) to study these things and make the necessary research. The idea of "OPEN-SOURCE" is that the code and how it was built is completely public for everyone to see, and free to use at your own risk. The idea of a "DECENTRALISED" application is, that it isn't controlled by a single entity or individual, rather the consensus of the network. Needless to say, that we cannot and will not assist people with WALLET/BLOCKCHAIN related stuff, as we are NOT in control of it, unless it is related to the MBO and Social Media Platform.

Member update: Make friends the right way So far, so Vitae How time flies. It’s been three weeks since the new, reVitaelized platform was launched. The platform is now stable and running smoothly and the majority of users have migrated their accounts to the new platform. Wonderful! Make friends. For a reason! However. It has come to our attention that some users have been sending out massive amounts of friend requests, without any apparent connection or motivation to do so. As a member of a platform that puts privacy first, this could be seen as a little bit annoying. The wrong way Why this sudden boom of friend requests? To us, it’s simple. Users are so passionate about Vitae that they want to build and grow their own community as quickly as possible. We get it. However, ‘forcing’ people to become friends is not the right approach. It’s quality, not quantity, that makes a difference in the end. Quantity follows where quality goes. The right way So, what is the right approach? Think >>> content > followers > fans > friends.Make new pages on specific topics – a company, product, event, person – to create and build a community. Let other users discover and follow your page! It’s a far less invasive and far more efficient way to create your own community. Attract followers, turn them into fans. A temporary solution is to enter a Vitae address that has never been used before on the platform. Sorry for the inconveniences, IT solves this issue as soon as possible 👍
