If you want to show your creativity, unique way of seeing design and give brightness to our laundries — this is your chance! Come up with and show how you see the perfect appearance of a laundry room in a hotel building.
The winners of the competition will receive prizes from the Department of Hospitality and Service and from the Joint Council of Students, and will also be able to implement their ideas together with active FEFU students.

The Academic Rating (RAU) is formed from grades for the last two semesters, specifically exams, differentiated tests, courseworks/projects. RAU influences the placement of students on the FEFU Campus and on the mainland.

If your RAU is formed incorrectly, we recommend you to contact the Student Office (building E(639), documents@dvfu.ru )

🔷 The higher RAU you have, the more likely you are to get where you want to live.
🔷 Places on the mainland are not provided to students who have not specified at least one mainland dormitory in their application. If you want to settle on the mainland, be sure to choose up to 5 city dormitories in the application.
🔹 If you have indicated the campus as the first priority, but did not pass through the RAU to the buildings indicated by you, but passed to the campus according to the rating, then you will be settled in another building. Despite the city dormitories indicated in the application, your first priority is the campus!
🔹 If you specify the city dormitory as the first priority in your application, you will no longer apply for settlement on campus.

| 15 | Luggage storages
Are you moving out of the room and don't know where to store your things during the summer? The answer is simple – use the luggage storage!
In each hotel building/dormitory there is a luggage storage, which you can use for free!
The administrator of your hotel building will tell you what you need to do.
1️⃣ New operation mode will be posted on the doors of the luggage storages later. The detailed mode will be published in another post.
2️⃣ The storage period of things in the luggage storage is 3 months.
After this period, things are assigned the status of «forgotten thing» and after another 3 months, if the owner does not show up, things will be disposed of. Thus, the maximum period of keeping things in the luggage storage is 6 months.
3️⃣ Items packed only in bags/boxes/suitcases are accepted for storage.
4️⃣ Each resident has 4 places for things, but their maximum dimensions have been changed.
The size of one thing to be taken over is no more than 80x30x60 cm or no more than 170 cm in the sum of three dimensions. If the item exceeds these dimensions, it will be counted as two places.
If you connect / glue two things together, the dimensions of which in total do not exceed the standard, they will be considered as one place.
Important: Clothes dryer counts as one place.
NOT accepted for storage:
· valuables, furniture;
· flammable and coloring substances;
· things in vinyl bags;
· food, breaking, fetid, cutting and stabbing objects, as well as water bottles.
Water bottles can be returned. To do this, call Slavda in advance and discuss the day when it will be convenient to hand over the bottle. They will also refund the money for turning the bottle back.

| 16 | Submission of applications for settlement in 2023/24 academic year!
📎On June 1, 2023, the service for submitting applications for accommodation in the hotel buildings of the FEFU campus and city dormitories will be opened.
When submitting an application, the following is important:
✔️After submitting an application, you cannot change it or send a new one!
✔️The application must be submitted to nonresident students of all courses, except for graduation students.
✔️It is necessary to specify priorities of hotel buildings/dormitories, types of rooms.
✔️To increase the probability of settling in a specific building, also specify 3- and 4-bed rooms in the application.
✔️The higher your RAU is (academic performance rating), the more likely you will get into the desired hotel building/dormitory.

2. Through an online bank using a Qr-code, which is placed in your Personal account of «My university» – Sber, Tinkoff, VTB.
3. Through an online bank using a pattern – Sber, Tinkoff.
🟢 When paying via Sber, you must specify your full name and passport details (series and/or number).
🟡 When paying via Tinkoff by Qr-code, the full name is entered in separate lines.
🔵 When paying via VTB, you must specify your passport details (series and/or number) and ITN.
