@⁨AT Todd⁩ Sir RTP ka question number 19(a) says: CA Anshul should not share any confidential information with the Managing director of company as he will be guilty under clause 1 of part 1 of second schedule. But why so? MD is the authorised representative of the company, the working papers are CA's property which are to be shared at his discretion but how will information sharing with client itself makes him guilty?
