Responsibilities:
* Prepare review of claims and variations related Civil Works.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Taking off measurements using AutoCAD drawings.
• Review material on site reports.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor and control project expenditures, ensuring projects remain on budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, to align costs with project goals.
