If you’re in a rut and you feel like you should work out but are unmotivated then just do one set of anything. Even bodyweight pushups. The hardest part of working out is the first set, after that it becomes self motivating. Even if you don't do another set that day, you still did one set (usually you'll decide to do more though). This will set a standard and change your overall motivation automatically without any willpower being involved, and you'll find yourself more and more inclined to do more every day. Do One Thing is my philosophy. It applies to anything you’re procrastinating about in life. @AltSkull48
