Invest in antiques. Antique auctions have some amazing finds you can often get for cheaper than the equivalent Ikea crap. My parents used to go all the time and our house was filled with 100+ year old furniture that is just as sturdy today as it was in 1899, and far more aesthetic. @AltSkull48
