Enoch was someone very special in the Bible. In Hebrews 11:5, we learn that before God took him to heaven, he had a testimony that he pleased God. That means he lived every day to please the Lord. What a beautiful thing to be known for!
How did Enoch do this? He walked by faith. The Bible says that without faith, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). Faith means trusting what God says and choosing to act on it.
As God’s child, you can live this way too. Be a doer of His Word (James 1:22). When you act on God’s Word every day, you’re pleasing the Lord.
Jesus said, “If you love Me, keep My commandments” (John 14:15). So, choose to do what God’s Word says, and your life will make the Lord happy.

Memorizing the Scriptures is important for the child of God. This is how you carry God’s Word with you everywhere. The Bible says, “Your word I have hidden in my heart…” (Psalm 119:11). Even if your Bible isn’t in your hand, you can keep His Word in your heart.
When you memorize Scriptures, you fill your mind with God’s truth. Keep doing this until the Word becomes part of you. Then, when you speak, God’s Word in your mouth brings power, courage, and victory.
You can start by choosing one verse each day. Read it out loud, say it again and again, and think about what it means. Before long, you’ll remember it easily! As you keep God’s Word in your heart, it will guide you and make you wise.

ALWAYS FORGIVE OTHERS
Ephesians 4:32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.

One day, Peter asked Jesus how many times he should forgive someone who wronged him (Matthew 18:21–22). Jesus answered, “Seventy times seven.” That doesn’t mean you should start counting! It means you should always forgive.
Forgiveness is something you do all the time. As God’s child, you can choose to forgive quickly and not stay angry.
The Bible says we shouldn’t let the sun go down while we’re still angry (Ephesians 4:26). That means don’t stay upset for long. Even if someone makes the same mistake again, choose to forgive them again.
Jesus forgave us, so we also forgive others (Colossians 3:13). Let His love in your heart help you forgive freely and gladly.

Did you know that you have an excellent mind? The Bible says we have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16). This means you can think pure, true, and right thoughts.
An excellent mind doesn’t enjoy gossip or negative talk. Instead, it chooses words that are true and kind.
To keep your mind pure and strong, keep filling your heart with God’s Word. His Word helps you think the right way.
Also, an excellent mind gives its best in everything—at school, at home, and when helping others. Don’t say, “It doesn’t matter.” It does! When you think right and give your best, the Lord can trust you with greater things.
So, choose excellent thoughts every day.

Jesus once told a parable about servants who were given talents (Matthew 25:14–30). Each servant received talents according to his ability. Some received more, and some received less, but their master wanted the same thing from all of them—faithfulness.
The servants who used what they were given and made it grow were praised. But one servant hid his talent and did nothing with it. He gave excuses and was unfaithful.
God has given you something special too. The Lord expects you to use what He’s given you well. For example, whatever you learn from God’s Word, practice it and share it with others.
Always be faithful and give your best to the Lord in everything you do.

God wants His children to stay full of the Holy Spirit. When you pray in tongues, sing spiritual songs, and give thanks to God, your spirit becomes stronger.
The Bible says praying in tongues builds you up (Jude 1:20). It helps you become bold and full of joy. Just like eating healthy food makes your body strong, spending time praying and worshipping God strengthens your spirit.
You can do this anywhere—at home, in church, or while praying quietly. As you keep doing these things, the Holy Spirit fills your heart with courage, faith, and joy every day.

The Holy Spirit gives God’s children boldness. Before Peter received the Holy Spirit, he was afraid and even said he didn’t know Jesus (Matthew 26:69–75).
But after he was filled with the Holy Spirit, there was a great change. Peter became brave and spoke about Jesus in front of many people. The same Holy Spirit lives in you today. He helps you be courageous when you want to tell others about Jesus.
Maybe you want to invite a friend to church or talk about God at school. The Holy Spirit helps you speak with confidence and joy. With Him in you, you can always be bold.

When you listen to Him, He guides you to do what is right and helps you avoid wrong choices. The Holy Spirit reminds you of what God has said in the Bible and helps you live by it. You’re never alone because the Holy Spirit is always with you.
As you listen to Him and follow His guidance, you’ll continue to walk in the truth every day.
