Previous leaks were way more surprising:
Chavo Guerrero between 2004 and 2005 admitted cycling HGH, Deca, and interestingly â taking Arimidex. AIs rarely make it to the testimonies, but here it is;
Lex Luger in his own words, was running a really LOW dose of Dbol: «A guy in the gym said, âBuddy, these little blue pills are called DianabolâŠâ I took four a day, five milligrams apiece. I gained 15 pounds in about two months»;
Hulk Hogan once gave a good "advice" on regularity: «The most commonly prescribed were Testosterone, Deca Durabolin, and Dianabol. It was part of my daily regimen. Did you take a shower? Yeah. Did you brush your teeth? Yeah. Did you take your steroids? Yeah».
Despite playing «Madmen» on stage, wrestlers are pretty cautious with steroids. The bottom line is simple: even guys that run around in red underwear and scream at people for a living do PCT, take HCG and run low doses. Makes you think, huh?
Like the one from Hulk Hoganâs book «My life outside the ring», talking about their doc:
"Dr. Zahorian was a real nice guy . . . He was the man who had whatever we needed. Heâd show up in the locker rooms with his two little black briefcases full of testosterone, *Anavar*, growth hormone, pain pills."
Whatâs going on in the pop culture world on steroids?
Bet you could see the news about «Dark Side of the Ring» WWE documentary finally taking a look at steroid use among the wrestlers.
Ok, Wrestling scandals are some sort of Love Island for boys in their 40s, but itâs still a nice sneak peek at behind the curtains action of a big money show. Hereâs what those guys run â according to the new statements:
1. Anavar. One of the few specifically named steroids on the show. Given that itâs a dry strength booster, we doubt that itâs the MAIN thing in WWE;
2. Testosterone. Pretty obvious one, even though they donât specify, which esters or blends are in use. We suspect â all of them;
3. HGH, and surprisingly â HCG. Growth hormone seems to be rational, given that Vince McMahon and other guys definitely HAVE money for it. HCG is a nice hint on fucked up doses of AAS they run.
Not much, but all in line with previous statements.
As one guy on Reddit said â âIf I see one more idiot suggesting oral only cycles, Iâm going to slit my throat.â
Weâre in the same boat with this dude, but we're OK with people asking questions about it. Here's a new guide on all the reasons why Winstrol â one of the most popular oral compounds â just doesn't work that good when it's alone in your cycle.
Just a friendly reminder â we have a whole category with guides on all things nutrition and supplements.
It's a shady market, but there are good things out there. Not all of them, though, and no supplement will ever be as effective as AAS (and as damaging if you abuse it as well).
The fuck is: Ecdysterone
20-Hydroxyecdysone (aka Ecdysterone) is an anabolic substance that comes from spinach and quinoa. Itâs literally a legal steroid, as natural as it gets.
Ecdysterone â as in this 1988 study â is more powerful than Dianabol and side effects-free.
Why the fuck are we not all on Ecdysterone than? 3 simple reasons:
1. Not enough info. Some studies (like this one) claim that itâs a magic pill, other (like one here) say that it has 0 effects on mass or fat. Shitâs controversial;
2. Anecdotally itâs complicated as well. Some athletes report stomach issues, some report zero results, some say that itâs a game-changer;
3. Iâs on the supplement market, aka scam and bunk stuff heaven.
The general conclusion here is "take at your own risk, cool if it works for you, but to be sure about your gains just take Test". If it was a real panacea it would cost like HGH and WADA would ban the shit out of it. Even though some german scientists requested it â WADA still can't decide.

Frank Zane â The Zane Body Training Manual
Friday #101_Reads â just because you need to think and read about muscles when youâre not working on them.
Today itâs a classic one: The Zane Body Training Manual by Frank Zane
Do I really need to tell you who Frank Zane is? Fuck no. You KNOW who Frank Zane is. The monster of classic aesthetic physique, one of just 3 guys who ever managed to beat Arnold at his own game, 3x Mr. Olympia⊠oh come on you know who he is.
What you possibly did NOT know is that he has a 191-page manual on all his workout routines.
Probably the most interesting part is the Bodybuilding Equation:
B = E A R N
In the manual Frank gives a nice breakdown of it â with full details.
As usual â the PDF is in the next file (with a little fucked up lines, but still totally readable).
P.S. If you donât like the idea of sharing PDFs or whatever â go to www.frankzane.com and buy something, Frank is still rocking it at 79 and itâs actually his site with stuff for sale.
The problem: Tren Cough
Tren Cough occurs when you inject too much Tren too fast. Your lungs go «what the fuck man» and you just canât stop coughing for 10 minutes straight.
Scientifically, the thing is called pulmonary oil microembolism (POME), and it's not a Tren-only thing. The oily solution will travel through your blood vessels to your lungs anyway.
Solution (first â to prevent it):
1. Donât rush. Like, literally. Inject it slowly, it should take around 30-40 seconds for 1 ml;
2. Use some of the technics to slow it down even more: inject .1 â .5 ml, wait a bit, around 10-30 seconds, and inject a little more, with pauses, until youâre done;
And if you already feel it coming:
3. Smell some alcohol (wipes will do) if you start to feel that itchy feeling in the back of your throat, it anecdotally helps to stop the thing.
Some people never get it, some get it even with Test. It's rarely the compound's fault. Just take your time, the vial is not going to run away.

Friendly reminder that we're looking at completely natural, WADA-tested athletes there. Those guys are just on creatine đȘđŒ
For those who is already here â we've got a new thing to announce!
Sometimes expressing your emotions is hard, especially when your hands shake like crazy after a Tren cycle. Letters are tiny, fingers are big... you know the struggle.
Now â at least in some situations â you don't need those "words" and "sentences". We've made a sticker pack!
P.S. We obviously exaggerate it, but come on, those official animated stickers are boring, we know you needed a sticker with Ronnie Coleman giving a thumbs up while eating chicken wings.
Rolling into the new week was harsh but we're alive and well â and ready to go on.
Sooo, according to the owners, Telegram got around 70.000.000 new users yesterday.
Are none of them lifting or those are 70 million nattys?! Where are all those guys? Waiting for at least a million now!
What really defines your personal steroid cycle results?
What gains from different kinds of gear look like?
And why 99% of the most widespread transformation pics won't work?
Check it all out on the Website â our "Steroids Before and After â The Ultimate No-BS Guide" is finally ready đȘđŒ
The dude in the pic is Luke DePron, Huffington Post contributor and fitness instructor. Gotta thank him for the posing guide.
He posted these pics in a huge article called «The Shocking Truth About Before and After Transformation Photos».
Here's a link if you're interested (although we hate the clickbait heading)
It's basically a debunking post, making fun of all the widespread before & after fakes.
Now, the funny thing is, if look up this picture on Google â several DOZENS of websites still use it as a legit before and after steroids, diet or specific exercise result picture.
The supposed "reasons" for this "transformation" vary from Turinabol and Testosterone to shady Chinese websites and something called «Diet for penis growth».
No link to the last one, sorry, but isn't the whole situation one hell of an irony.
A quick guide:
How to take pictures to look shredded (especially if you ARE)
You can be a mass monster and look like a rookie with noodle hands and abdominal fat in the pictures. Yup, for some itâs a real struggle.
You donât actually need a pro camera, a set of spotlights and a pack of fake tan. Here are some rules that let you flex really every muscle thatâs worth showing.
Before you take a pic:
1. Eat a damn breakfast;
2. Hydrate well;
3. Warm up â high-intensity, full-body workout will start the pump;
4. If youâre serious about it â apply some oil to your skin;
5. Turn on some lamp, a day light might be not enough.
Now, in the pic itself:
1. Retract your shoulders and neck;
2. Take the right pose (look them up, there are plenty, both for stage and a regular photoshoot);
3. Fucking flex it.
Thatâs it! The results can look absolutely different. As an example â check the pic above, thereâs just a 3.5 hours difference between the photos.

Fun at parties mod off for today. Have a nice weekend and
Never give up đŻ
The last one, I promise. Itâs even fucking funnier.
Someone should tell Tell Lazar Angelov (and almost 6 Mil of his subscribers on Instagram) that heâs a before & after picture for Anavar cycle.
Didnât he claim to be steroid-free on his peak physique and admitted only taking Clenbuterol? Sponsors might have questions. Yet, this pic on quite a popular website is called «anavar-cycle-1».
TLDR: OK it's no surprise that the majority of before and after pics are fake, but the amount of BS just never ceases to amaze.
Same Website, same Deca story. Right next to Jacobs â whoâs that? A regular guy who just had a controlled Deca-only cycle (with a little Test) to check the visual changes and see the clear effects of this amazing compound?
Fuck no, itâs God damn Bostin Loyd, a walking ad for steroids abuse that was extremely popular, like, 5 years ago.
His most famous cycle was a crazy stack of Sustanon, Test P, Tren Ace, Primo, EQ, WInstrol, Anavar and Halo (all at once), totalling 10,5 grams of gear in his blood. It alone sounds like BS (might be fake, I'm not a fan and never followed the whole 3cc stuff closely). Now Bostin is on YouTube, talking about some shady kidney failure stuff.
No gloating, wish him all the best anyway, but this is NOT a good picture to show what one should expect from Deca.
