The Marvel Animation panel at #D23 has concluded.
First teaser for âMARVEL ZOMBIESâ reveals The Mandarin giving Shang-Chi the Ten Rings to save his arm from a zombie bite.
Also includes Shang-Chi, Katy and Jimmy Woo fighting a Skrull biker gang in a âMad Maxâ-style sequence.
Footage from âMARVEL ZOMBIESâ shown at #D23 includes:
- Wenwu, Shang-Chi, and Katy fighting against zombies.
- Shang-Chi gets bit. Katy gives him the ten rings to stop the infection.
- Wenwu dies from the zombies five years later
- Shang-Chi and Katy using the ten rings for fight training.
The preview footage for Marvel Zombies features the same animation style as What If? And Mad Max inspired action scenes. #D23
