Dear graduates who were planning to apply for the consular legalization, After getting your diploma supplement from the Dean’s Office (404), you can proceed with the procedure of the consular legalization of your university diploma Those who have all the documents in hands, can proceed starting from today. You have 2 options depending on the requirements of the country in which you’re going to work/continue your studies: 1. Consular legalization stamp can be put on the original diploma - in this case you go directly to the Ministry of Justice in Kazan 2. Consular legalization stamp can be put on a copy of your diploma - in this case you need to apply for a notarized translation of your diploma and/or supplement and bring it to the Ministry of Justice in Kazan Both options require payment of the state fee (350 rub for each document) - it can be paid in any bank/online bank application using the bank details attached to the post
