The resolution was sponsored by Togo, receiving 164 votes in favour, with abstentions from Estonia, Georgia, Lithuania, Moldova, Serbia and Ukraine, and a lone vote against from the United States.

EOS-05 satellite India’s first earth-imaging satellite bound for a geosynchronous orbit, The rocket placed it in a transfer orbit 36,000 kilometres above the earth’s surface.
