It's scary how capable this Agentic AI thing is becoming. I've been talking about this for months.
Hope you know some of these agents now operate their own virtual computers?
They now have and can see their own screens, click buttons, navigate websites, fill forms, manage workflows and execute tasks across different tools.
Your own computer doesn't have to be on. So, I'm neither talking about Copilot Cowork or Claude Cowork. There's something more badass than them now.
Once you give them the right access, instructions and integrations, and they can do a LOT "on their own computers" while you snore away.
CRM management. Tech support. Web design. Cloud engineering. Website maintenance. Graphic design. Email management. WhatsApp workflows.
Name it.
I've engineered and deployed a few myself. And have been working on one that I'm self hosting on my cloud infrastructure (Ify).
And no, I haven't fired any DEXA staff just because I built AI Agents, and I NEVER will. Ever.
But one thing I can promise you is this: I'll keep engineering, deploying and employing AI agents across my businesses.
You know why?
1. They will reduce operating costs.
2. They will execute repetitive tasks much faster.
3. They can work across multiple tools and workflows.
4. They can help me scale operations without increasing my overhead at the same rate.
Right now, I have a team of about 7 AI employees doing different things for me.
My AI Chief of Staff helps coordinate the team.
My Executive Assistant handles email-related tasks, organizes my day and keeps me on top of pending meetings, emails and proposals. These days I hardly miss anything. I get a report every single morning and summary of the day before I sleep. Alongside things that need my immediate attention.
My AI Technical Assistant helps me manage and maintain some of my websites. I just need to chat it up and it opens its own computer and fixes stuff for me.
And that's just a few of them.
I'm still building.
Now, here's the part I want you to pay attention to.
I won't fire anyone simply because AI can do part or all of their job.
But I can tell you for free that I may not hire as many additional people as I originally would have if I didn't have these agents. Due to what I'm now building and at the scale I'm building it.
"Unless I need someone who knows how to build, manage, supervise and get the best out of AI in the Agentic sense of it."
Read that again. This is probably how most tech CEOs are now thinking.
Because this is where things get interesting and requires extra intelligent.
The person who knows how to use AI to generate videos and cute pictures has an advantage.
But the person who can engineer an AI agent, connect it to business tools, automate an entire workflow and manage its performance?
That's a different level of value and positioning. Because he'll even deploy an Ai that will work on its own and create cute pictures and videos. Lol.
I'm telling you right now: and if you heed my word I'm instructing you right now;
"YOU MUST LEVEL UP YOUR SKILLS AND YOUR POSITIONING. AND YOU MUST DO IT NOW !.
Don't sit there treating this like a joke.
Move beyond using AI only to generate content.
Learn how agents work. Learn automation. Learn to build systems. Learn how to integrate AI into real business operations and move faster than 95% of the world.
You don't necessarily need to become a software engineer.
But you do need to understand how this technology is changing the economics of the work you do. The work we all do.
This future we are shouting about won't just belong to people who can use AI.
It will increasingly favour people who know how to make AI work beyond the normal knowledge.
