Hang out, get to know people, ask to join the board. Once you're in the board, ask your like-minded friends to join. Over time you can outvote the wokeness out of these institutions. Once you're successful at doing this locally. You can use the credentials to go even bigger. The sky is the limit. It just takes patience and team work. Tribe up.
