To Exam Candidates Bring your: 1) Original Rockschool Grade Book 2) Drumsticks 3) Appointment Slip (MDS Room App > Events) 4) Candidate IC / Student Card You will be asked: 1) Title of your 3 pieces you will be performing in order 2) If your playback tracks would include vocals and click (By default, MDS uses both) 3) If you are doing Sight-Reading or Improvisation 4) For Grade 6-8, you will be asked the type of Stylistic Studies The Image is a sample of the Exam Slip you will receive at the Registration Counter. Last April, our students had the opportunity to perform at the Colour Socks Parade 2026 at OCBC Square 🎵 It was a great experience for them to perform in a live setting and be part of a larger community event. A big thank you to our educators for preparing the students, and to our parents, students, and performers for braving the scorching sun that day and still giving their best. Always encouraging to see students step out and take on new experiences like this 🙌

A great session at our RS Showcase on 1 May. It is always encouraging to see students step up and perform 🎶 Thank you to our educators for guiding and preparing the students, and to our parents and students for the support and commitment in making the event possible. These showcases are an important part of the learning journey, giving students the opportunity to build confidence and gain real performance experience. Our next RS Showcase on 31 May is now open for registration. We hope to see more students take the stage in the upcoming round.
