This day marks the occasion when the Indian Armed Forces liberated Goa from 450 years of Portuguese rule in the year 1961. भारत में प्रतिवर्ष 19 दिसंबर को ‘गोवा मुक्ति दिवस’ मनाया जाता है। यह दिन उस अवसर को चिह्नित करता है जब भारतीय सशस्त्र बलों ने वर्ष 1961 में 450 वर्षों के पुर्तगाली शासन से गोवा को मुक्त कराया था।   ➼  The central government will send the bills related to 'One Nation One Election'to the Joint Parliamentary Committee on December 19.
