If you live out in nature, as I do, a curtain or blind that allows some morning light into the room is a gentle way to wake up. Do I have to mention keeping your cell phone far away from the bedroom? Turn off your WIFI router if you can, too. We sweat a lot during sleep so make sure when you first wake, drink a full glass of pure water to rehydrate, ideally fresh spring water, and vortex your water to help structure it. So many are hating on our supplements lately. I see this as a very depressing trend, one that I had to fight against my whole career, but now even natural practitioners are hating on it. Our handlers are clapping their hands in glee: just where they want us. Here is my position, from 15 years of clinical experience behind me. I support HIGH, orthomolecular doses of Vitamin D with K2 for treating serious disease or for preventing serious disease, like cancers. This is called a Nutritional Therapeutic Approach, meaning we are using specific nutrients to guide the body toward a rapid healing response or a supportive cleansing response. This can be done in an IV setting or orally (ensuring gut absorption is supported). In addition, this approach needs to be paired with beta carotene (Vitamin A), magnesium, boron and iodine. A large dose single isolate of a vitamin dumped into the body is never wise and no one who understands the body would recommend that. This is where Vitamin D commonly shows a problem in studies (60% of studies are false, keep that in mind). This is also where the studies fail to understand how important cofactors are in vitamin metabolism. In my 15 years of helping people heal serious disease, the type that the doctors write off their patients with and tell them to "go home and get their affairs in order", I have seen death-door patients turn their life around using therapeutic doses of vitamins and minerals to accomplish this, including high dose Vitamin D. I have witnessed depressed and suicidal patients come out of their fog using Vitamin D therapy. I have helped schizophrenic patients turn their life around using high doses of niacin, vitamin C and vitamin D. I have been able to stimulate a healthy fever response using a single dose of 30,000 IUs of Vitamin D to assist the cleansing of the system. I have known someone stuck in their detox flu for weeks completely recover with a single high dose of vitamin D. I have seen menopausal women feel like living again from using Vitamin D therapy, as it supports our hormones. An issue now is that the poisoners and vaccine pushers have made new problems for us, damaged metabolisms, damaged protein folding - supplementing needs to get wiser for those this far damaged in their mechanisms. So people can hate on our vitamins all they want, call it rat poison, judge the way it is made, but my position stands. Is sunlight ideal, fresh water, healthy food, clean soils, clean air and a good exercise regime better? You betcha! Do you think that an obese person on 14 different drugs, used to taking pills everyday, who can barely function is a) going to radically change their lifestyle overnight? and b) are going to be harmed by taking high dose vitamin therapy? Absolutely not. Here in Canada, the winters are long. The majority of our population is Vitamin D deficient. Depression and lethargy comes alongside with this deficiency. I usually recommend Cod Liver Oil through the winter to get a nice balance of Vitamin A and D, but the capsules will also do. The divide and conquer attack on our communities is in full swing.
