All of our closest friends came to celebrate and support us; the table was filled with chatter, wine, and that perfect aroma of fresh pasta and buttered sage. Everyone seemed to love the ravioli, I could see it in their smiles, the way they kept asking for seconds, and how they wouldn’t stop complimenting the texture and flavor. Craig and I looked at each other a few times, both speechless but so proud. What started as a small idea in our kitchen turned into a night of joy and togetherness. I’ll never forget that moment our friends around the table, the clinking glasses, and the feeling that something special had just begun. ⠀

And when the dishes started coming out… OMG, the ravioli was beyond amazing! The pasta was soft and delicate, the filling was creamy with just the right amount of flavor, and the sauce? Rich, buttery, and balanced with a tiny tang basically comfort food but make it fancy. I’m honestly so happy to be part of this launch surrounded by good food, great people, and the best vibes. Thank you so much to Kelsey and the Craigrestaurant for inviting me to such a special evening. The moment I arrived, the vibe was just perfect cozy but still classy. Warm lighting, the smell of butter and herbs in the air and Ciya was so sweet and down-to-earth, making everyone feel right at home. 🍝✨
