Bitcoin Just Flashed a Major On-Chain Signal Bitcoin's Short-Term Holder Realized Cap has fallen below $250B for the first time since October 2024, dropping to $249.7B. Despite BTC still trading around $64.7K, the cost basis of short-term holders has reset to levels last seen in late 2024. This doesn't mean $350B left Bitcoin. $4B Iran Crypto Network Exposed: Dubai Exchange Shelbit Shut Down Reuters today revealed that Shelbit, an unlicensed Dubai crypto desk, moved $4 billion+ since May 2024 for an Iranian gambling network (2,000+ sites), Iran's central bank, and sanctioned exchange Nobitex. $676M reached Binance with ~$540M flowing after Dubai's regulator had already fined Shelbit. VARA issued a cease-and-desist + fines on 24 July 2026 for money laundering, terrorism financing and KYC failures. Reuters could not confirm IRGC control. Binance says Shelbit never held an account and that it froze and reported linked users. No convictions yet. Dubai is enforcing hard. "Regulated country" ≠ "regulated platform." Ethereum Next Move Will Decide Everything: $10K Rally or $1K Crash? $ETH is currently trading around $1,900, delivering a strong recovery from the $1,500 accumulation zone that I highlighted earlier. The $1,500–$1,600 accumulation range has now produced approximately 30% upside, exactly as anticipated. I hope many of you were able to capitalize on the setup. Now the focus shifts to the next major high-timeframe hurdle. The $2,400–$2,500 region remains the most critical resistance on the chart. This area represents a major structural pivot where bulls must prove control. A high-volume breakout followed by a weekly (HTF) close above $2,500 would confirm a macro bullish trend reversal and significantly increase the probability of a move toward $7,000–$10,000 over the coming cycle. However, traders should remain objective. If Ethereum fails to reclaim this resistance and gets rejected, the market could revisit the $1,500 support, with an extended downside toward $1,000 remaining possible in the event of a major macro or crypto-specific negative catalyst. Russia Labels Telegram CEO Pavel Durov a "Terrorist" Russia's financial watchdog Rosfinmonitoring has added Telegram founder Pavel Durov to its official terrorists and extremists list (July 30). What happened: ✅ FSB charged Durov on July 29 with "facilitating terrorist activity" (up to 15 years) ✅ Allegation: Telegram failed to remove channels used by Ukrainian intelligence & extremist groups ✅ His Russian assets are now frozen + placed on an international wanted list Durov fired back: twice: First, he said Russia branded him a "terrorist" for refusing mass surveillance and censorship on Telegram, then posted anyway, mocking that officials are "confused about who can ban whom from the Internet." Then he dropped a meme - "Don't get confused", putting himself (labeled "Terrorist") next to Russia shaking hands with the Taliban (labeled "Respected partners"). Russia removed the Taliban from this exact same terrorist list in April 2025 to build ties and just added Durov to it. He's calling out the double standard.
