| 8 | You Need To Protect Yourself From EMFs and 5G
There are many things you can do to protect yourself from EMFs and 5G. Using the products from EMF Solutions in your home will certainly offer you great protection. They even have a few products just for personal use while sleeping, using your cell phone, and operating your vehicle. I highly suggest you check those out.
An important note about EMF Solutionās cell phone protection! It is the only product on the market that I have researched and tested that DOES NOT inadvertently increase the amount of EMFs emitted from the cell phone. Some of the other products actually interfere with phone signals, making the phone work harder and actually emit more radiofrequency energy.
Beyond that, you can help repair your cells from the damage caused from 5G and EMFs (as well as mold exposure) with a product called Phytozon. I have written about this on my other website. Here are links to those articles:

You also want to make sure you are doing the following as often as possible:
1 Turn off WiFi at night
2 Do not keep your cell phone next to your bed. If your cell phone is in your bedroom, put it in airplane mode.
3 Avoid body contact with your cell phone (i.e. donāt put in a pocket) and laptop (donāt put it directly on your lap).
4 Get wired! Use an ethernet cable instead of WiFi for all laptops and computers. I know it sounds ridiculous but I have a 200 foot cable that runs all over the place in order to avoid using WiFi with my laptop.
