Improving Recruitment Effectiveness: Helping employers access competent graduates by removing recruitment barriers. However, employers still face challenges in finding graduates who meet their needs. Lack of awareness about the benefits of job fairs hinders effective recruitment. 💥Addressing Challenges Despite positive feedback from the National Career Expo and workshops, we need to tackle several issues: 1️⃣ Limited Awareness of Career Opportunities: Many students are unaware of available career paths and market requirements.
