The “Listen to Page” feature in Safari on iOS 17 is pretty good, even with the source code. I might even start using it for reading articles on the go 😀 It even shows the OG image as an album cover on my watch 😍

Hiked almost 20 km uphill last week to climb the Zugspitze mountain. We started in Austria, then sneaked into Germany just by crossing a ridge. It was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen and the biggest hiking challenge I’ve ever achieved 🥲

Went to the Indiana Jones movie yesterday, the original version with German subtitles. The movie was all right: too many CGI faces to my taste, but Phoebe Waller-Bridge saved it. But the thing I remembered the most is the word “Fallschirm”. So, imagine the scene: a plane full of Nazis is falling down the sky (you know, typical Indy Jones). And I see the “Fallschirm” word in the subtitles. I have no idea what it means, but suddenly time slows down, and the word “Regenschirm” pops up in my mind. Regen… schirm… an umbrella. Fallschirm? A parachute? Yes! 🤯
