| 8 |  The beartaria campground has been an amazing journey. When the world went crazy in 2020 I said “follow me.” And some did. We needed to remind ourselves and our kids that we didn’t have to react. We could build our way back home.
This years festival will be here at ursa Rio June 17-20. So far 5 people have claimed naming rights to camping spots and 4 steps. Amazing start. I meet with the well guy tomorrow. All proceeds will go to the well.
Hopefully I can also do a Columbus weekend in ozarks but that one isn’t definite. Making some good changes there and working on the fields with some great guys down there.

I also have some exciting plans for the Ozark campground. I’m going to focus on cultivating fields of wild flowers for honey, and starting the orchard. THe beef has been a great experience overall, but herds of giant animals with playgrounds, people, and structures is a challenge. Especially with me 1800 miles away.
Focusing on regenerating the fields into bio diverse wildflower, berries, and fruit is something me and trusted guys who live there can tackle.
Bears love honey, and honey ships very easily.

I was pressured to change my content on YouTube to stay monetized. Then to just stay on the platform. Then was no longer welcome on YouTube. Which is fine, I didn’t build it. I was a guest.
I couldn’t do my job as a comedian and follow the ever changing nonsense based submission rules. I was never a martyr I just couldn’t disconnect from obvious reality and write the material I wanted to write.
None of my streams back then that got deleted and banned would be banned today. They never actually had logic based rules. As much as it hurt to see all of my podcasts, sketches, and specials disappear, it motivated me to do what I always should have done.
Make my own.
There has to be a monthly fee to pay for my own infrastructure and support staff. But it’s allowed me to keep 2450 full length podcasts, 6 stand up specials, all of my appearances, cartoons, songs, community made content etc.
It’s not a network of creators or sponsors. It’s just me. No ads. No data collection. Tons of exclusive series and videos.
I’ll never go viral there or hit some monetization jackpot. And that’s totally fine. It’s just for people who like what I make and want to watch and listen. Because that’s my job.
