💡Clinical Assessment Pearls💡 📌Shoulder ligaments📌 👉Superior GH ligament - limits inferior translation in adduction, anterior translation and lateral rotation upto 45° abduction. 👉Middle GH ligament - limits lateral rotation between 45° and 90° of Abduction. 👉Inferior GH ligament - It has an anterior and posterior band with a thin axillary pouch in between, so it act as a hammock or sling. Supports humeral head above 90°Abduction limiting inferior translation. Anterior band tightens on lateral rotation and posterior band tightens on medial rotation.
