23 BREAKING: It appears that the Supreme Court will narrowly SIDE IN FAVOR of Trump in what is one of the MOST consequential and historical rulings that SCOTUS has ever decided.
It’s going to be either a 5-4, or possibly a 6-3 ruling on Presidential Immunity. This means that Presidents of the United States, both past and present would be IMMUNE from criminal prosecution for official acts made as President.
Which this is a Massive victory for Trump in terms of being vindicated from being an “insurrectionist” during J6, and stopping the constant lawfare attacks against him by the likes of Communist prosecutors Jack Smith, and Fani Willis.
However, this also sets precedent crimes committed by other former Presidents CANNOT be prosecuted as well. That means Bush, and Obama cannot be held liable either. So, it is a double edged sword.
