Зарплаты IT-специалистов в РФ: основные тренды первой половины 2024 года и прогноз на 2025****
В апреле 2024 года средняя зарплата в ИТ достигла 188,7 тыс. рублей. Средний размер оплаты труда специалиста по информационной безопасности на 01 сентября 2024 года составляет 239 778 рублей в месяц. Московская область входит в список регионов с наибольшим ростом зарплат.
Ключевые выводы
✅ Рост заработной платы российских IT-специалистов в I квартале 2024 г. в среднем составил 3%.
✅ Наибольший рост спроса отмечается на специалистов в области информационной безопасности, работе с большими данными (в особенности ETL), а также на системных аналитиков.
