Important line 6 from the excerpt: “... remain there until satisfaction is felt, ...”
Stay in that mental/emotional state until you feel the emotional completion — the same sense of relief and satisfaction you’d feel if your wish were physically fulfilled.
If you imagine having your dream home, don’t stop until you feel settled there — as if the home is yours, the desire is no longer a desire but a fact.
Don’t quit imagination too soon. The satisfaction means the subconscious has accepted it as real.
_______
Important line 5 from the excerpt: “Of all the pleasures of the world, relief is the most keenly felt.”
Relief — the feeling of “it’s done,” or “I don’t have to worry anymore” — is the greatest emotional pleasure.
When you truly feel relief, your mind and body relax completely. There’s no resistance, no doubt. In that moment, you are aligned with the fulfilled state of your desire.
“Relief” is the same feeling you should reach in imagination when assuming your desire fulfilled — it’s the sign you’ve entered the state.
_______
Important line 4 from the excerpt: “Now remain there until you feel relief.”
“Relief” is the sign of acceptance. It’s when your inner resistance melts away.
When you no longer try to believe — you know.
It’s that sigh of peace: “Ah… it’s done.”
At that point, the assumption is impressed upon your subconscious, and the outer world will reflect it naturally.
You don’t fight to change your world; you quietly shift your state.
You enter any desired condition by assuming its feeling of reality,
see life from that new state,
and rest in it until you feel the peaceful relief of “it is done.”
That is the true act of creation.
_______
Important line 3 from the excerpt: “You do not have to open doors to get into any room; you simply enter by assuming you are in it.”
“Rooms” represent states of consciousness or realities.
To be rich, loved, confident, successful — each is a “room.”
You don’t reach that state through struggle or effort; you assume you already are there.
That assumption — “I am already what I desire to be” — is the entrance.
I AM THAT.
_______
Important line 2 from the excerpt: “Assuming you are now in the state you want to externalize; you think from it and no longer of it.”
Once you assume your desired state, you stop thinking about it as something distant.
You begin to think from it — as if it were already real.
Example: You don’t think of health (“someday I’ll be healthy”), you think from health (“I feel so alive and strong now”).
Thinking from is creation; thinking of is separation.
_______
Important line 1 from the excerpt: "A state is penetrated through the act of assumption.”
A state (like wealth, love, health, success, etc.) exists as a possibility in the infinite world of imagination.
When you assume — that is, when you mentally accept that you already are the person living in that state — you enter it.
I AM THAT.
I AM Doing That.
I Have That.
This “penetration” means entering: going beyond thinking about the state to being in it.
So, you don’t reach a state through effort or struggle; you penetrate it simply by assuming you are already there.
A state = a potential reality waiting to be experienced.
Assumption = the act of entering that reality through feeling and belief.
Thinking from it = living mentally as if it’s already true.
Penetration = the mystical conception — imagination unites with the desired state.
Imagination = the creative power that gives birth to the world you experience.
=> A state is penetrated through the act of assumption. Assuming you are now in the state you want to externalize; you think from it and no longer of it. Thinking from, you have penetrated the state. This penetration is still the mystery of all mysteries. Man has discovered how to go to the moon, place cameras in space, yet no matter what he knows concerning the mysteries of the universe, man cannot understand how an egg can be penetrated without a hole either before or after penetration. Well, your imagination is that sperm. You do not have to open doors to get into any room; you simply enter by assuming you are in it. Look at the world from it and feel what you want to feel, and the room has been penetrated. Now remain there until you feel relief. Of all the pleasures of the world, relief is the most keenly felt. So, when you enter into (penetrate) a desire, remain there until satisfaction is felt, until you have expelled the sperm right into the state.

Neville Goddard.

Tell yourself a beautiful story.
Immerse yourself in that story so completely that it feels as if your desire has already been fulfilled.
Feel good.
The thought of a desire and its fulfillment can sometimes be even more powerful than the actual attainment.
Focus on the joy and satisfaction that come with that desire.
Feel that joy and satisfaction, and experience happiness within yourself.
As you begin to feel this way, people, circumstances, and situations in your life start aligning naturally with your desires.
And now, I truly feel very good.
=> If you think of your desire during the day, give thanks that it is already an accomplished fact – because it is!
— Imagination Creates Reality,
Neville Goddard
_______
Every time you remember your desire, it’s life’s gentle nudge saying,
“Remember, this is already done within you.”
Say mentally, “Thank you that it has already happened.”
When you thank, you assume possession.
In the unseen (spiritual or imaginative) realm, your desire is already fulfilled.
Once you’ve imagined it vividly and accepted it emotionally, it exists — not in the physical yet, but in the real cause (imagination).
The physical world is just the delayed reflection of that inner reality.
Your imagination is not a fantasy; it is the creative power of God in you.
So if you’ve imagined it and felt it real, then it already is.
You’re just waiting for the outer world to catch up.
Thank the universe (or your higher self) that it’s already done — because in the unseen world of imagination, it is done.
And what’s real within must eventually appear without.
When you subconsciously hear from someone what you want to hear, that person is compelled to say it to you in reality, and eventually, they do.
=> Well, the question was about the lady whose story I told in The Law and The Promise, that she got so worked up and so tired, she needed everything! She needed clothes, she needed a job, she was fifty-six years old, and she wasn’t trained in any particular skill; she needed everything, and she owed money. So when she tried to apply this at the end of the evening, she said, “I felt so nervous and I couldn’t even sleep…I was all wrought up. So what I did was this, I condensed the whole thing into a mood and the mood was this.” She felt the way she would expect to feel under certain circumstances, that she had a lavish, wonderful income. Then said she, “I would feel the way I would expect to feel under these circumstances, and in that mood I slept."
— Shared Experiences,
Neville Goddard.
_______
(Important line from the excerpt: She felt the way she would expect to feel under certain circumstances, that she had a lavish, wonderful income.)
She imagined the feeling of financial abundance.
(I am rich.)
“Lavish, wonderful income” = a life where she had more than enough money.
(I have a lot of money.)
She stepped into the state of being financially secure.
(I am financially secure.)
She asked herself: If I already had this lavish income, how would I feel?
She generated that feeling and allowed it to fill her body and mind.
Then she carried that feeling into sleep.
This is Neville’s core teaching: “Sleep in the state of the wish fulfilled.”
Instead of focusing on her problems, she created the mood of already having abundance.
She went to sleep feeling financially free, and by doing so, she set the creative power of imagination into motion.
"Lavish Wonderful Income."
(I am receiving a lot of money easily and frequently.)
(Large amounts of money comes to me easily and frequently.)
(Everyday in every way, I am getting richer and richer.)
(My income is constantly increasing.)
(I have a lot of blessings.)
(Thank You.)
The woman didn’t change her life by chance.
She changed it by feeling rich before anything in the outer world changed.
(I am rich. I feel rich.)
She went to sleep in the feeling of wealth, and from that state, life reshaped itself.
(I feel myself getting wealthier.)
(I feel like I have everything I need to do anything.)
This is the practice we can all adopt:
— Stop worrying about the “how.”
— Condense your desire into a mood.
— Sleep in the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
"I feel like I have everything I need to do anything."
Meaning: Suggests I already possess all resources—money, tools, support, opportunities, inner qualities—so there’s nothing missing.
Feeling tone: Completeness, abundance, richness.
Richness vibe: Stronger connection to wealth, abundance, and plenty.
"I feel like I have everything I need to do anything."
"मुझे ऐसा लगता है कि मेरे पास वो सब कुछ है जिससे मैं कुछ भी कर सकता हूँ।"
Neville Goddard Techniques:
- Live in the end. You are in Barbados.
- Prayer: "Prayer is the art of assuming the feeling of being and having that which you want."
- Imagine and Feel it real. Imaginal senses of touch, hearing and smell. Imagine you are performing the action you intend to experience here and now.
- Revision. Revise the day before sleeping. Revise any moment of your life and see as you want it to see.
- Conscious of Being that. "The end of yearning is to be." (BE. Present moment. Believe in yourself.) Assumption of state. I AM ... (Fulfilled Desire).
- Subjective Attention. Catch the mood. "Every moment of your life, consciously or unconsciously, you are assuming a feeling."
- Walk by Faith: "Walking by faith, every day as Victor passed that building, he saw "J. C. Goddard & Sons" on the marquee in place of the existing name of "I. N. Roach & Company". Sight told him the building belong to another, but faith said the building was his. By simply rearranging the structure of his mind every day for two years, our family's fortune changed."
- Sleep with assuming as it is done.
- Isn't it wonderful?
- Thank You Father: "If I want something, I know the desire comes from the Father, because all thought springs from Him. Having given me the urge, I thank him for fulfilling it. Then I walk by faith, in confidence that he who gave it to me through the medium of desire will clothe it in bodily form for me to encounter in the flesh."
- Feeling of wish fulfilled. "Faith is feeling. According to your faith be it unto you. Mattew 9.29." Change the feeling. "A change of feeling is a change of destiny."
- Listening Congratulatory Conversations in your imagination.
- I remember when ...
- I AM: "Be Still and know that you are that which you desire to be and you never have to search for it."
- Mental Diet. Self talk creates reality. Inner dialogues. Your inner speech creates the happenings around you.
- Golden Rule: 'I will ask nothing for anyone that I would not ask for myself.' Be the golden light. I AM Light. 43rd Psalm "Send me thy light and thy truth..."
- Receptive Attitude: "Assume a receptive attitude of mind and play the game of supposing by imagining how would you feel if you were now to realize your desire."
- Time: (There is no time at the level of consciousness, everything is happening now.) "Time is ever conditioned by man's conception of himself. Confidence in yourself as determined by conditioned consciousness always shortens the interval of time."
- Let Go: "The true vine is your own wonderful imagination. When you believe this you will no longer imagine as you formerly did, but will prune your thoughts every minute of every day. You will break the habit of feeling remorseful, depressed, or regretful."
- Breathing: "You can see them in your mind's eye and see them vividly. And then breathe yourself into a rhythm. They are telling you that they have it."
Your Awareness is Already Manifesting Everything You Desire
Part I: The Power of Every Breath
“Every breath brings me joy and fun.”
“हर सांस मुझे खुशी और मज़ा देती है।”
This simple sentence beautifully captures:
1. Happiness and joy — affirming that you are happy and feeling good.
2. Fun and delight — recognizing the playful, joyful side of life.
3. Presence and mindfulness — being fully aware and grateful in each moment.
4. Life-affirming peace — trusting that everything is good and wonderful right now.
5. Positive energy flow — feeling God’s presence or universal support with you always.
6. Effortless manifestation — knowing life is working out smoothly and blessing you constantly.
In essence, this sentence is a concise, powerful mantra that sums up the state of joyful, aware, and abundant living.
Part II: The Spiritual Mantra — Soham (सोहम)
So (सो) meaning “That”
Ham (हम) meaning “I am”
Soham = So (That) + Ham (I am)
It’s a beautiful and powerful mantra affirming the unity of the individual self (“I am”) with universal reality (“That”).
Soham means “I am That” or simply “I am”, a profound affirmation of your true identity and existence.
Breaking it down during breath practice:
Breathe in “So” — focus on joy, fun, and positive awareness entering your being.
Breathe out “Ham” — experience your calm, still presence, your true self expressing with every breath.
This practice perfectly blends:
1. The joyful awareness of life’s vibrant energy flowing into you.
2. The peaceful stillness of your blissful consciousness expressed outwardly.
Soham
I am that.
I am a blissful consciousness.
Part III: Breathing Fulfilment Within
“Just breathe in the fulfillment within you, and it is happening right now in real life.”
Connect deeply with the sense of completeness and satisfaction already inside you.
Recognize that fulfillment isn’t somewhere out there—it’s alive and present right now, in this very breath and moment.
Trust that by simply being aware and breathing into that feeling, you align with the reality you desire.
It’s a wonderful reminder that manifestation and inner peace start with presence and acceptance.
Soham.
I am that.
I am thankful.
Wonderful things are happening for me.
Wonderful things are happening for me.
I feel the thrill of each handshake as if it has already happened.
I can do all things through God who strengthens me.
