Cool video, we usually spray coffees on filters and guest espressos mainly to remove static but it seems to help make your coffee tastier by improving extraction efficiency. One hour video ahead! You can try this at home too...!

**Seoul Recommendations (Part 1?) Folks, if you're in Seoul and need a break from all the sightseeing, we recommend Txt Coffee for espresso/filter, small tiny, walk-by and you might miss it sort of coffee bar. Also, loved Fritz Coffee, we went to the branch near here/next to the museum and we had good coffee and pastries as well. Some of our recommendations so far. Do let us know in the comments if you want to know more or ask us in person when Ome re-opens 25th November.

Folks, we are hanging up our aprons 8th November to 23rd November and will be back on the 25th. Do drop by these few days, restock on beans , maybe... And we will see you after. They will be serving coffee cocktails from 11 to 22 Nov (closed 16 Nov) from 7pm to 11pm. It will be a good chance to experience Ome at night, however, only coffee cocktails will be served.
