Good read, might help you understand some decisions made by those in the industry while also helping those in the industry some mistakes have already made! 2) Prodigal Coffees: Amazing work and precision goes into both sourcing and roasting these coffees, and we brought back two of my own favourites - Boulder Blend is one of the best tasting espresso I've tried this 2024 and happy to have the Kenyan-like (juicy yet bodied) La Mina back on our offerings.
